This nursing college and is considered one of the reputed nursing colleges in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Degree- wise Admission Process
B.Sc Nursing- This is a four-year undergraduate program having an intake of 40 seats. The candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects as the compulsory one determines admission. Total fees for the course are Rs. 233,600.
GNM: General Nursing and Midwifery (the diploma course)- intake: 40 seats. Candidates having completed 10+2 with science subjects become eligible to apply. GNM total fee structure is Rs. 117600.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing" Two years for Registered Nurses and 30 for seats. Eligibility: A candidate must hold a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Total fees for this course are Rs. 96800.
M.Sc Nursing: SNC has a number of specializations, including Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Child Health Nursing. Each specialization has an intake of 5 seats. For admission, performance in the B.Sc Nursing program will generally be taken into account, in addition to possibly an entrance test or interview. The total fee for M.Sc Psychiatric Nursing is Rs 151,400; it is likely to be similar for the others.
