The SDMIMD facilities and infrastructure include hostels for boys. The boys’ hostel is a mini world of its own is created by fully furnished single rooms, a lounge/study area, leisure facilities, and a shared dining area for boys. Broadband internet access, housekeeping, dry cleaning, and laundry services are all available at the boys’ hostel.

SDMIMD hostels have a mess that is run by students and the menu is decided by the students. The mess has a capacity of around 300 people and serves only vegetarian food.

SDMIMD facilities and infrastructure includes a gymnasium for the students. In light of this, SDMIMD has made Wellness Management a necessary preparatory course for first-year students and a two-credit course for second-year students.

SDMIMD facilities and infrastructure include a huge, modern and well-equipped library on the campus. SDMIMD library is also known as the Information Resource Centre and facilitates teaching, learning, and research by offering ‘anytime, anywhere access’ to information and knowledge. Articles, journals, directories, AVs, CDs/DVDs, e-books, e-journals, papers, course materials, case studies, conference proceedings, and training manuals are among the printed and electronic resources available at the SDMIMD library. The library currently has over 14000 books, 70 print journals, 39000 (EBSCO + J-Gate) e-journals, electronic corporate databases such as Capitaline, newspapers and business magazines, abstracts and case study databases, and 120 multimedia resources. SDMIMD Library has single-click access to all Harvard Business School published materials as a site licence holder. SDMIMD is also a member of several prestigious libraries and holds institutional membership with those prominent libraries.

The campus offers basketball and volleyball courts.

Fully air-conditioned computer centre with a capacity of 90 people is extending its IT-enabled service both on and off the campus. For coursework, all students are allowed to use a laptop. The Institute assists students in obtaining their own laptop computers.

The institute has a large auditorium. The large, acoustically sound auditorium is there on the campus for workshops, seminars, films, presentations, and theatre. SDMIMD auditorium has a capacity of 300 people and is a constant witness to cultural, educational, and recreational achievements for and by students.

The college has a good networking for alumni association.
