KNOWLEDGE REPOSITORY - HR CLUB

The focus on managing human resources has shifted to a strategic orientation, with an emphasis on the survival and growth of the business. The new Human Resources Professional should be a consultant for the utilization, engagement, and strategic positioning of human talent, to meet the business needs of the present as well as the future. The HR Club at JVIMS devotes time to developing such professionals. Activities conducted in this club are the Mock Recruitment Process, EQ test, Training Programs, etc.
