Im economics honours student, though it is online right now but teachers are very supportive and experienced as well. Yes the curriculum is updated. Its an honours course so yeah it has various aspects.
Im in first year so not sure about it. Things are also about the course in which you get, the type of course, experience and the hard work determines the salary. Also you should make a contact with the seniors they can give some advice.
Fees is Around 7000 per year
There is ncc, nss, sports a load of socities
I feel great to be a part of this university
As I'm in NCWEB , I DON'T FIND LIBRARY OF NCWEB INTERSTING AND TOILETS ARE NOT CLEAN AS WELL. Classroom, smart board of ncweb students are completely different as for 3 years i saw the smart board in my exam day only .
I'm studying ba programme because NCWEB DO NOT PROVIDE HONS COURSES, THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IS AVERAGE,NO THE STUDY ONLY PROVIDES FOR Exam thing. Teachers practice on students too but don't have much opportunities for ncweb students.
I am graduated from ncweb, I don't find any placement facilities in good companies. Students of ncweb also want good placement facilities but no they don't provide that for ncweb students. Placement cell is only for regular students but for ncweb they don't provide anything.
My course cost 5 k per year ,Yes the fees structure is okay.
Campus doesn't provide anything to ncweb students
No.
Yes , the college has all the facilities. All the classrooms , libraries, sports centre are well equipped. The food is awesome and the canteen is very spacious . The living spaces are cleaned from time to time .
I am studying bachelor of Elementary education. The teachers are very good and helpful . Always an updated curriculum is followed by the teachers . The teachers provide all the material for studies . Various activities take place in the department from Time to time .
There are numerous placements offered by the college throughout the year by the college . The placement process was very easy and was held in the college itself . The highest salary offered was ₹35,000 in the field of teaching at a highly rated school .
Bachelor of Elementary education costs ₹12,000 per year , which is very affordable. And I feel that my money is completely worth it . The facilities provided are too good in so less amount of many , which is great .
The life is pretty amazing here . You get to click pictures at such beautiful backgrounds. So many fun activities to do . The college feat every year is just awesome. The location of the colleges is also at a very calm and silent place which makes it easier to focus .
The college is just awesome. My four years of life here had been amazing . I have got so many opportunities to grow myself in every field of life . The teachers and staff have support me throughout. I wish I could go back to the same place again .
My college has a great infrastructure , surrounded by trees providing a healthy environment for study . Also have a 3floor library , have wifi availability but not have a proper washroom facilities . The main problem is just the hygiene.
I am pursuing B.com (h) as it is one of most the popular course of Delhi University and as my college has qualified and experienced staff. Yes, my curriculum is updated and include all the recent developments. and
If we talk about placement so in my course its quality is average . 75% students were placed with average package of 3-4 lakh . There is also a placement cell help and guide in placement process .yes, my college is supportive .
As I am pursing b.com (h) and it cost 9000/- per annum. I felt that i am getting my money's worth.
Campus life is good . Experienced teachers are available and staff is also good . It lies in west punjabi bagh (a posh area) .
Shyama prasad mukherji is a very good college for students who are looking for admission in girls college. This college is having a magnificent infrastructure as compared to the other colleges of DU. All classrooms and halls have projector facility. The premises are neat and clean. Canteen food is quite hygienic.
Taking admission in this college is not a loss if you're focused on your studies. I'm pursuing bachelors in philosophy.Teaching Staff is quite supportive. As far as I know, studying philosophy in this college is a boon as I'm preparing for upsc and this will help me a lot in my optional.
I don't have enough knowledge about the placement facility of this college as I've never experienced anything of this sort earlier. But I think it's quite average..? and the college stands lower in placement quality.
Fee of Philosophy (honors) is around 6000-7000 INR per year. Apart from this, we have to pay a little amount of 500 INR as our semester examination fees. According to me, the fees is quite affordable and I'm getting my money's worth in this college :)
This college is an amazing place to be with the right people. Cultural society is amazing. Students can engage in variety of events from street plays to fest management. Staff (Both teaching and non teaching) is supportive. The gatekeeper is kind-hearted. It is located in Punjabi Bagh and I think it's the most suitable and safe place for girls. There are many places to hang out.
Being a girl student, I would say, that this is the most amazing experience of my life to enjoy each and every moment with such down to earth classmates and seniors. Staff is great and we can explore to the fullest in this college with their support and cooperation.
Our college has two buildings consisting of four big grounds, the campus is not so big but a red brick campus, our college has wifi but that is not accessible for everyone, that is for teachers and computers students only, the college is good as compared to other delhi university's off campus colleges.
We have a good qualified teachers here, most of them are PhD holders and has teaching experience of more then 15+ years, the college has a good academics as the teachers there are well experienced and qualified.
The placement is not so good, the placement is working more and more to provide placement to most of the students, but considering it of now, the placement is not good for humanities students, for science stream it is good.
The college is really cheap, our fee is less then 10k that is very much affordable and cheap, there are also many private colleges charges a big amount of money for the same course, so as compared to them the college is really really cheap.
The campus life is okay, as already mentioned we have four big grounds, there we can always see students having fun with their friends, and passing time, sitting on benches and playing with small puppies, there is a big canteen also with a cheap and great range of food.
Very good. yes we have all the necessary infrastructure, Facelities and equipment. There are enough windows in class. Library is too good. Wifi also works good. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Everything is good .
I'm pursuing SANSKRIT Hons. and my faculty is the best. I am studying sanskrit hons. Because i wanted to experience something different and they teach very good. Yes the curriculum is updated . Studying sanskrit has opened an opportunity for me in foreign countries.
Good. 70% of the students get placement. Specifically I don't have any idea of placements. Some of the placements lastly were good as far as i remember. Very good. yes we have all the necessary infrastructure, Facelities and equipment. There are enough windows in class. Library is too good. Wifi also works good. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Everything is good .
Not very expensive. Just 6 to 7 thousand annual fees. Yes compared to other colleges this is worth. I don't feel like I'm spending a lot money on this. Very affordable cost for middle class family. Very good
Infra is good and college ground is the best and canteen is cheap and the food is tasty. Red buildings , the old buildings are good and the new buildings are also good. Water facilities is also available
You'll get a good experience. Campus is good.nearby metro is there. McD and other things are also available nearby. Nearby bank and ATM machine. Very greenery surrounding. Nearby saloon also and PG easily available.
The college infrastructure is good. It has all the necessary facilities. It has wifi and smart boards available too. Living space is clean. Canteen food is affordable and hygienic. Safety precautions are also fine.
I am studying political science hons. It's a prestigious course of DU. Spmc has some experienced teaching staff for political science. Some teachers has been in the service for years and knows well about the pattern and questions type of examination.
Quality of placement is not so good because placement cell has been inactive or so long and it is only recently it has started working hard. Although spmc graduate carries great skills and knowledge but chances of getting places by college with a good package are less.
It's definitely value for money. The fee collected range between 6-7 thousand for a year. Which I quite affordable. Also disadvantaged students get discounts under special scholarship programs or other.
College campus is pretty good. The teaching staff is polite. Book shop owners are very helpful. Cleaning and gate keeping staff is rude. They sometimes Don't let you in without id card even after seeing you daily coming for college.
It's a nice college. Though I feel college societies need to pick up their pace and creativity. Societies members have great talent but they lack resources, also if you wish to join a college society, stay away from internal drama.
College infrastructure is very beautiful, with lush greenery everywhere. Different kind of flora occupy this campus.it has a gym with all the equipments and has psychology labs and conputers also! And have a big auditorium!
Teachers are very supportive. Quality of teaching is good! Our teacher are higly qualified. Yes our curriculum is updated and it includes everything i mean all department. Yes my studay make me job ready!
Placements are not bery promising for departments other than commerce department. Dont know about the average salray package too , never went to placement cell of our college, as much s i have heard that they are supprtive!
Its costed me around 8000. Ofcourse man its worth my money. Where you will get so cheap academics fees. And also its delhi university. It is super duper cheap.
Spmc doesnt provide a hostel facilitiy, which becomes a matter of problem for many. Although campus life is just average for me.canpus usually depends on friends and activities you take part in. So its kind of good good!
Yes our college has all the necessary facilities. Its infrastructure is quite similar to other DU colleges. We do have a big auditorium and classrooms are average. They are just normal. Yes living spaces are clean and yes food in the canteen is fresh. I suggest you please eat momos once and you will have it again and again.
I am pursuing political science hons. Here at spmcbecause it is a reputed course, it will help me in government sector jobs. Our curriculum is very rich in knowledge.Syllabus recommends us highly appreciated books amd resources. Spmc provides a good package of academics.
The quality of placements in spmc is average till now.Not very high percentage of students get placed, though i am not sure about the highest salary package offered, but guessingit was around 1-2 lacs per annum.Yes colg was supportive.
My course cost me around 7-8 K.I feel like i amgetting my money worth because altough its not perfect shining college like some private universities. But the difference in private and government is obviyghe money factor. DU holds prestigious amount of value.
Spmc is a beautiful and green campus just like many of the girls college in DU. Its in a very good area of delhi, the locality is safe and clean. Teachers are supportive, students are diverse, cleaning help is rude though and not to forget the gate keeping staff as well.
If anyone is getting their dream course or the course they want to do in DU they should go for it. No matter which college is it. You will get to know some pretty awesome people being a part of DU. Also so participate in societies and competition.
