Very good and beautiful environment of the college , I seen there are greenery , mountains it's a lovely place surrounded by river . The labs and classrooms have all necessary equipments . Hostel facility is brilliant it includes all facilities WiFi, hot water, laundry , gym and mess food is too hygenic and tasty .the living spaces are very clean.

I am a student of electronics and communication engineering and because I like it , I want to explore in the field of robotics. The faculties are very helpful and are always there to clear doubts of students they behave as like your friends and helps alot .yes I think the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

The placement are best here .morethan 90 percent of students placed every year. The pre placement trainings are very helpful . The average salary offered is about To 4 to 5 lakhs per annum and the highest package offered is approx 23 lakhs per annum. The placement is pleasant here and yep the College is very supportive for placements or everything

Marena Centre provides all sports equipment and a gym, squash, tennis, etc. the students are required to join by a low cost membership of 500Rs. SMIT is a well maintained college with clean spaces and hygienic food provided in the Marena food court and the mess.

The curriculum is difficult so if you’re an avid learner and can join the program, be sure to work hard for 2 years of MBA program. Teachers quality of teachers are average however some are very helpful, who you can seek for mentorship.

the average pick is 10l/annum. There are most renowned companies coming for placements. The departments are supportive to prepare the students for interviews. The percentage of students placed in college is v high (not sure about the number).

My most fond memories here is with my friends. Sikkim is a safe place if you’re someone seeking for that. The campus is located 1 hour from main Gangtok town. SMIT is very careful about the students if there is an issue. They act fast and help handle emergencies (if you’re in boarding). There are several club activities like Debate club, MUN, Music, Dance etc. During annual events of each separate departments, there is always a platform to perform and showcase your talents.

I had a great experience in this college and the friends I made here are truly a blessing.

The college facility is really appreciable. The faculties are all high qualified. The laboratories are filled with necessary equipments. There are swimming pool, basketball court, football ground etc. Hostel facilities include 24 hours wifi facility, hot water, laundry, etc. Mess food is better than other places.

The faculties are helpful and are always there to clear doubts of students. There are eight semesters in four years and two quizes, two sessionals along with the semester exam is there in each semesters. Pre-placement training makes the students ready for placement.

The placement is pleasant. The placement percentage is 97%. Almost everyone eligible for campus placement ends up getting a placement. Highest package offered is Rs2200000 p.a. Average package offered is Rs.450000 p.a. Top companies like Microsoft, Dell etc. come for recruitment.

Course fee for Computer Science and Engineering department is Rs.265000. The hostel fee is Rs.38500 and the mess fee is Rs.77000. This is the annual fee.
