Currently, we have 3.5-rated college infrastructure, but in the next 2 years, it's gonna be 4.5-rated. College building is well maintained but it still lacks in some areas, Some classes also have smart boards
Academically our college faculty is good and I can surely rate it 4 not 5 because it's also lacks in some ways which can not be described. Overall faculty is good, teachers are friendly, teaching methods are unique.
Our college placement is considered one of the good colleges as our college lies on the North campus which plays a vital role in class tho our avg placements are 5-6 lakhs and highest was 18 lakhs last year
Surely it is value for money but lacks infrastructure, sports, and cleanliness. If you see faculty, academic, and curriculum it's good and valuable for many. Although our fee is generally higher than that of other colleges DU
Campus Life is fun as we are surrounded by other good colleges that give quality competition, fest, and togetherness. Especially North campus has this vibe Don't forget Dusu Elections are the most happening time we enjoy
Some classrooms have ACs with smart boards, Wi-Fi is good, library is peaceful, labs are equipped, and sports area is large. No hostel. Campus is clean, food is hygienic, but seating areas need upgrading.
I am pursuing B.Com (Hons) to build a career in finance. Teaching is very nice, most faculty are experienced. Curriculum is theoretical but needs updates to match industry trends and make us job-ready.
Placement cell is active, offers good roles in finance, marketing & sales. Avg package is 4–5 LPA, highest around 20 LPA for B.Com (Hons). Process is smooth, college provides good support and our placement cell places a vital role.
For Bcom hons it's 32000 per year which is generally higher than other colleges but I can say it's value for money in terms of academics, but it surely lacks in other factors such as infrastructure, smart class, and sports facilities.
Our college, Khalsa is famous for green campus, vibrant, with active societies, fests & sports. Students & staff are friendly. Location is prime & safe. Emergency services, guards & CCTV ensure student security
Infrastructure is basic and old in parts. But functional classrooms have ac which is a plus in delhi’s heat. Not very tancy but serves the purpose. Ground very big canteen nice nescafe nice classrooms very old
Academics at khalsa are strong. Faculties are knowledgeable and supportive with many phd holders. Overall provide balanced mix of theory and practical exposure with serious academic vibe. Regular lectures
Placements are decent for commerce. Compsnies like deloitte. Ey. Wipro offers roles in audit. Analytics. And finance. Internship support is better than final placement. Students from higher studies also benefit from good academic grounding
Very affordable with low annual fees High return on investment due to du brand there is quality education and exposure. Scholarships and aid also available very good campus Total value for money Happy being here
Vibrant, diverse, and culture rich.. active societies and annual fest laskhara keeps it lively. Located in north campus. Offering great student life. Great mix of study and fun.. makes it memorable college journey.
Basic college infrastructure only good thing is there is AC on the second floor of the building and some AC are working on the 1st floor rest of the infra is very average and needs a massive scale renovation but then again you can't expect much with the fees that is asked
Academics depend on course but for our course the faculty and children both are not that serious for studying and the teachers teaching are very average in their teaching method and ability so majorly depends on course
Placements for my course are negligible and a lot of skill development that should have been done to make students job ready is lacking and has to be done on an individual level but for other in demand courses like eco hons and bcom hons there are still some placements
Since the fees is only 25k for one whole year therefore this is a highly value for money course compared to other private colleges but in the DU campus the fees is on a higher side compared to other DU colleges for the facilities provided
Campus life is only what you make of it and totally depends on you. The societies and extracurricular is good in the college other than that only thing is that the student crowd is a little less and I see less students in the campus on a daily basis
The infrastructure is very poor, with extremely unhygienic washrooms. The classrooms have no ventilation and no acs at all, it is very poor and ill maintained , it isnt even properly cleaned on regular basis.
Academically its a good college with good faculty which is highly educated, very understanding teachers and rightly placed, love the professors and waiting to learn from them once the college opens, looking foward
I am still in 2nd year so i am not quite not sure about the placements but to be very honest i have heard that its good, the placements highly depends on your performance in college and attendance in all
Not really
Very uninterested students and no fests at all
Please clean the washrooms
Good infrastructure but lacks modern tech and regular maintenance but overall it's good. It has that classic Delhi University look and large ground for playing cricket and other sports and also good facilities for teachers as well
Academics are also good following the curriculum of Delhi University which has been updated in 2022 and has been followed since then. Overall it keeps up in the education department with the other DU colleges as well
Don't have much idea about placement as they haven't started for us yet but heard that the placement facilities are average as companies visiting the campus basically come for gender diversity And not worthy candidates
College has nice infrastructure but sometimes the Air condition doesn't work and the college gym is quite basic. Do not expect much from the conference infrastructure as it isn't what you would expect.
Most of the teachers are good. I am studying b.com and the teachers are nice. They act all bad but they give you many chances to submit the projects and assignments. You don't even to spend money on books as there are readings available at really cheap price.
Don't expect too much for campus placement. Try to achieve placement not through college. You can get really nice packages if you do many internships and make a really good portfolio to present your skills
The fees is only 30,000 per annum. The only expense you need to consider is the cost of living if you live anywhere other than delhi.
The overall campus life of North campus is great. You meet people and learn about different perspectives.
The college is nice the auditorium is amazing but the classes don't have a 5 star experience And also the interior over-all should be a bit better ....... Specially the area behind main ground is not too good
The teacher are nice and helpful.....but you need to cope up with the syllabus yourself as well because they won't teach u in depth or like school times .... Some teachers will be a bot uncooperative but u have to manage
No clue about placement as I have just finished my first year .... Will get to know about it later on only .... So will not be able to comment the best on this topic .. but I guess it's good only ....
100% value for money
Jannat and Nescafe is the vibe of this college .... Campus life is amazing
College infrastructure is average. It can be good if maintained, especially the walls, benches and air conditioners. Although it has improved since last two years but still not enough. It can be improved further.Wifi is available but smartboards are limited and not used in all courses.
I am a bcom student and according to me, only few teachers are genuinely interested in teaching properly. Rest I dont know how some teachers became teachers, like literally they dont possess enough knowledge of their subjects. They are just reading from study material and converting it into basic hindi. No explanation, no understanding.
Well according to the last year data, the highest placement was around 26 lakhs. Placement cell also conducts internship fair every year before summer vacations but not all get the internships. Placement rate is above average.
In my college, most of the courses' fees is around 30,000 which is the highest in north campus and among almost all the du colleges. But the college is not worth paying 30,000. They focus on theory rather than practical knowledge.
Well there is no difference in the campus life. Its same for almost all du colleges. Students enjoy fests, events, on account of various occasions throught the year. The campus life is quite happening.
Campus is well maintained, clean and green equipped with modern facilities, classrooms are well maintained and spacious, library is well stocked with academic , the sports facilities and gymnasium and canteen contribute to students wellness
College offers wide range of undergraduate courses across science, commerce and humanities. Faculty is highly qualified and supportive and approachable. Many professors not only teach but mentor students.
Placement cell is active and dedicated to helping students get placed in reputed companies . Workshops, internships and seminars are regularly organised to make students industry ready. The placements record is also good.
