      Academics

      a. I am pursuing a degree in dental sciences because of my interest in oral healthcare and dentistry. The faculty are experienced, approachable, and provide in-depth guidance for both academics and practical skills. b. The curriculum is aligned with the Dental Council of India’s standards and includes the latest advancements in the field. It ensures a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical exposure, making students confident and job-ready.

      College Infra

      a. Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Dental Sciences has all the essential infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for comprehensive dental education and practice. b. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and basic facilities, ensuring an effective learning environment. The pre-clinical and clinical laboratories are well-maintained and have advanced instruments for dental procedures and research. The library offers a wide range of books, journals, and e-resources. The college also has a fully functional dental hospital that provides excellent clinical exposure. c. Hostel facilities are available with clean living spaces, and the food in the mess is hygienic and reasonably good in quality and variety.

      Campus Life

      a. The campus is functional and adequately maintained, with separate areas for academics and clinical training. Annual cultural and sports events bring vibrancy to student life. However, recreational spaces are limited. b. The students, faculty, and support staff foster a positive and collaborative environment. The college is located in a safe area of Bangalore, with emergency medical facilities and good connectivity to the city.

      Placements

      a. The college provides internship opportunities in its own hospital, ensuring extensive clinical exposure and hands-on practice with patients. Placement opportunities after graduation are moderate, with guidance for private practice or higher studies. b. Many students secure internships or roles in clinics, hospitals, or dental care centers. Salaries depend on the roles and specializations pursued post-graduation. c. The college is supportive during internships and provides guidance for career development, though placements in private clinics could be better facilitated.

      Value For Money

      a. The course fees are approximately ₹5-6 Lakhs annually, which is reasonable for a private dental college in Bangalore. b. The program is worth the investment due to the quality of clinical exposure, experienced faculty, and the extensive training provided during the course and internship.

      Academics

I did BDS from here. The exams are both internal and external, external exams happen every year, and internal exams are every three months, teachers are strict but are best in their specialization, and try to impart that knowledge to their students.

      College Infra

They have been improving on labs and equipment's kept in labs, otherwise the building the mess and cafeteria are good. The playing area and playground is also good. And library is also nice, has a good collection of books.

      Placements

Here you have to search for your internship on your own, they do not provide any assistance, same goes for placements, you have to search a job on your own, or can do masters MDS, or any other. you can also work under some senior doctor at their clinic.
