Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Kancheepuram and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together as given below.

A pass with Minimum average marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, put together

General Category 45 %
BC including BCM 40 %
MBC & DNC 40 %
SC / SCA / ST 40 %

A pass in any one of the HSC (Vocational Subject) as given below with any one of the Engineering related subject namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry, with a minimum average percentage put together as given below.

Admission Details

Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in the HSC (+2) examination conducted by the state and through counselling (TNEA) conducted by Anna univeristy Chennai, selected candidates are allotted to various colleges for admission. Candidates may also appear directly for admission to the College under Management Quota. Admission forms may be obtained from the college office.

College Infrastructure

Peaceful and good environment for students to do their studies. The college campus is kept very clean and they have many facilities that help the students to develop both their knowledge and physical health

College infrastructures are very good and it helps students in every possible way.we have a very spacious class room and ventilated restrooms to go on peacefully other than that we have smart class in all the class rooms so that the students can learn virtually which makes them to understand the concept in a easier way

College Infrastructure

Our college has one of the best infrastructure. Our laboratories are well equipped and maintained properly. Well ventilated classroom with perfect seating arrangements. When it comes to library we have books as per the requirements and we are given with individual digital library access. Hostels are hygienically maintained. Sports centres are maintained properly and they encourage sports.
