St Dominic's College, Kottayam admits students who are interested in having graduate, postgraduate, and doctorate degrees in the fields of sciences, commerce, arts, humanities and social sciences. All the merit-based admission to the SDC UG courses as well as SDC PG courses are made through the Mahatma Gandhi University Centralised Allotment Process (MG CAP). Normally, candidates are admitted to the SDC Kottayam Ph.D course after completing their Ph.D qualifying/entrance exams, which are followed by an interview. Aspiring candidates can apply to various specialisations of SDC UG programmes that include BA (English, History, and Economics), B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Botany), and B.Com (Finance and Taxation Model I, Computer Applications Model II Self Finance and Computer Applications Model III Self Finance).

Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the SDC UG courses and then apply to MG Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The application fee for UG courses is Rs 800 (Rs 400 for SC/ST).
While registering for admission, candidates should select SDC Kottayam as the desired college and choose the desired UG courses.
After the registration, a rank list is prepared and published online. Selected candidates are allotted seats at the respective institute.
Candidates should visit the SDC Kottayam campus for document verification and pay the fees to confirm the admission.

Candidates have to appear for the entrance test and qualified candidates are required to give a doctoral interview.

I am a sudent of bsc mathematics in 1st year & i greatly interested to study about maths.
