St Johns PG College Ghatkesar has a primary health care centre with a doctor and a full-time nurse on duty. The medical facilities aim to take a holistic approach to Student Health and provide primary health care for all full-time students.

St Johns PG College Ghatkesar has an extensive library stocked with more than 750 titles. The library has many Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries, MCA Handbooks, English Literature books and books related to various competitive examinations. St Johns PG College Ghatkesar library also subscribes to many national and international technical journals, magazines and periodicals. St Johns PG College also offers State of Art Library Automation facilities. 

St Johns PG College Ghatkesar has a Sports facility for all students and staff members. The college has a spacious playground within the campus for playing various outdoor games like Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Badminton, Kabaddi and many others. The whole college is connected to the internet with more than 150 systems. There is a specialised Internet Centre under the control of the St Johns PG College MCA Department. The Internet  Centre is a lab with 50 systems and is equipped with upto 10 Mbps speed. The internet lab contains equipment like CISCO router, Cygnus Modems, D-link switches, and many others.

St Johns PG College Ghatkesar has a large auditorium where more than 3.500 people can be accommodated at a time. All the events and functions organised at St. Johns PG College are hosted in the auditorium. Many cultural events. Fresher, Farewell, as well as festivals like Christmas and many others are celebrated in the auditorium.

It’s a LAN environment with a scanner and laser printer.
