Hi, this is Sachin from Navi Mumbai. My nephew scored 412 marks in NEET.He is in OBC category in Central and in Maharashtra NT-D category.Whether can he get in admission for MBBS in Semi Govt/Private college. What would be the nirman fees structure in private college for MBBS. Pls guide.
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well!
Well dear your Score is 560,that means your rank will be within 5001 to 5500, so,you are eligible for Terana Medical College.
But,Terna Medical college takes admission only thorough state counselling and management quota as it is a private institution, and doesn't participate in All India Counselling .So,If you are holding the domicile on this particular state then you can apply for state counselling else you will have to apply from the management quota or contacting the college directly.
Getting seat here is not a tough job if you are lying under the required cutoff, the only barrier you might face would be the high fee structure.

Hello,
In 2019 a candidate with 468 marks belonging to NT-3 category under 70% regional quota secured in Terna Medical College and Hospital. and a candidate with 482 marks belonging to NT-3 category under 30% state quota secured seat in the same. This year cut off mat increase or decrease so you need to score minimum 500-520 marks to have decent chances of getting seat.
The fee structure for the academic year 2019-20 was as follows for NT category
If there is any change in the fee structure then it will be updated in their official website. Please check it before considering the admission.
We have MBBS Companion which consists of College details, college predictor, counselling procedure, reviews on colleges and much more please try it MBBS Companion
Terna Medical College is a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Now there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. So if you belong to Orissa and you want to study in Terna Medical College, you can appear for State Counselling for Management Quota seats.
For the Academic year 2019-20, the fees for Open Category has been as follows:
Processing Fees: Rs.1500
Tution Fees: Rs. 6,36,364 per annum
Development Fees: Rs. 63636 per annum
Caution Deposit: Rs. 20,000 refundable
Total fees: Rs. 7,21,500
Now this is the fees for General Category and the fees is different for various Categories. Please visit the official website for Category based fee structure: http://ternamedical.org/fees-structure-required-documents/
