24 MonthsMaster of Technology (M.Tech) in Power Systems is a full time two year course degree offered by The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are eligible for M.Tech. programmes if they have a valid GATE score. Candidates who have passed the prescribed qualifying examination or equivalent examination in B.E. and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for all the subjects for the entire course duration are eligible for admission to full time M.Tech. Programmes. SC, ST and Category-I candidates should obtain a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for the qualifying examinations.
Admission Details
Admission to M.Tech. programmes are through the Karnataka PGCET conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
