Hi Arvind!

Undergoing an Integrated Course in whatever Course for that matter, is always advantageous! Like, you are completing your Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degrees simultaneously and in 5 years when it conventionally takes 6 years.

You spend less time and money into this Integrated Course. Students undergoing such Courses are given first priority when it come to jobs as you have acquired more knowledge in short period of time and ahead of others! There are various opportunities and double the competition for it! So, in such cases it is better to opt for Integrated Course!

Hope this is helpful!

All the best!

Hello,

You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering the cut off in 2019 it is difficult to get seat in the college that you have mentioned. You need to score 99 or above percentile in MHT CET  to have chances of getting seat in the preferred colleges. To check the previous year cut off you can use the link below

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff

Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. If you belong to any other category then please mention it so that we can help you with the colleges in which you have chances of getting seat.

Hello

With your percentile in JEE Mains your rank must be around 400000.

But admission in VJTI MAharashtra is given on the score of MHTCET. With your percentile in MHTCET your rank must be around 47000. With this rank your chances of getting a seat in the popular courses in VJTI (MUMBAI) are low as the cutoff for VJTI are:

Civil 16749

CE 10212

EE 19797

ECE 19832

IT 17016

ME 15979

But you could manage to get a seat in Production Engineering and Textile engineering.

Hello Aspirant,

See there is no 100% accurate method to calculate rank from percentile but if we go through previous years trends than on such percentile your rank is expected in the range of 15,000 – 19,000. Note that this is not your exact rank because it might have slight variations to the actual rank.

You can check out complete details about Percentile Vs Rank and cut-off for different colleges in MHT CET from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff

On such rank and category it's quite difficult to get seat in VJTI Mumbai throught MHT CET Counselling because if we go through las t year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for females in VJTI Mumbai was 6406 for B.Tech in Textile Technology.

You can check out previous year's cut-off from the link given below :-

https://www.careers360.com/colleges/veermata-jijabai-technological-institute-mumbai/cut-off?college_id=2702&exam_sub_exam_id=5882&counselling_id=4195&caste_id=2&gender_id=2&csrfmiddlewaretoken=fbBa7BNZc3UguKGWtA1xt0YTeYlh808BSn1ldxgVpYHHPZLnfUDQM1vWgrmW71Bz

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your percentile and category you can use MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

In Karnataka state a Diploma engineer can get direct admision into second year BE or B Tech course in respective branch after writing DCet as lateral entry scheme.

Hello,

Congratulations for your rank. You got very good marks in mhtcet. So you have a chance to get VJTI. But it's quite difficult to predict that surely you will get the college or not. Because you know cut-off marks will differ in every year. You can try for VJTI i think you get a seat. But you didn't mention your category so i assume you are a general category student. For general category student it's quite difficult but you can try.

All the best.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is good enough not that great but it contains every essential component. The college classes are now fitted with acs and some with projectors too. There are labs with non working components so it is one cons. Overall its ok. The hostel now are renovated so has good condition and capacity.

Save campus with great facilities

College Infrastructure

Good Facilities are available in my Deportment. A decent atmosphere to study is also available. The infrastructure could be a little bit better because the quality of the furniture is not good. There are enough screens and a projector set up for e-learning also.

Balanced academics, and extra curricular activities

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Since the college is over 100 years old, the infrastructure is not a strong point of the college, with CS, Textile, and IT departments being an exception. Yes, VJTI does provide hostel facilities for students, although not all students get the hostels. There are 2 hostels for B.Tech and Diploma, for both boys and girls. In addition, there is 1 hostel for M.Tech students. The M.Tech hostels are amazing, with facilities like geysers, cleaner washrooms, balconies, and lifts.
