The colleges which you have mentioned are all top colleges for pursuing engineering. Every college is well established and is capable of providing great placements. 

Now you will have to decide which branch to go for. I would suggest you carry out research on the opportunities & scope

The cutoffs for DSE Civil at VJTI are above 87% for any caste.

And also no other branches at VJTI have cutoffs in this range.

Hence looking at your diploma percentage, it looks difficult to secure admission at VJTI.
