Amity University | M.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst top 3% universities globally (QS Rankings).
Hello Mayuresh Khilari,
My friend is studying in VJTI.
VJTI: Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute
During the year which my friend got admitted in VJTI, The rule was 60% JEE MAINS marks and 40% 12th percentage. It might change as per updations, though. After calculating cumulative marks the DTE announces state rank list, on basis of which you're given admissions in colleges in Maharashtra.
My friend got approximately around 230 odd in JEE mains... and around 98% in 12th(Intermediate A.P. Board) giving my friend's state rank around 50. And my friend got a seat in computer science. Whereas, some of my friends got the ranks in thousands and ten-thousands. But it might lead to less preferred branches, unless you specifically aim for one.
I would suggest you to once check the last year's records for the same.

Hi omkar .
For admission in coep from sc quota .
You must need at least.-
156 for computer science
140 for civil engineer
142 for electronics
147 for mechanical
145 for electrical.
So these are some cutoff provided by the coep previously.
The marks won't differ this year by a large amount . So yes . That is what you need to get admission in coep.
Hope this was helpful
Hi abhijay .
According to me . Any stream in Coep Is a golden chance for you. So instead of any other private colleges. Coep is the best .
You can change your stream in the second year if you scored well . But actually coep is sureshot sucess .
You are very lucky if you get that .
Best of luck.
Hope this was helpful
The facilities and infrastructure available for the course/department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library, are very Good . The quality of the facilities in the hostel, the quality of the food available in the mess and canteen, the medical facilities, and the sports and games are all very Good .
The classrooms are decent enough, with wooden benches, projector and AC's. Wi-Fi works in some classes and doesn't in others. The library is too good. It has all the books that you will ever need. It even has good Wi-Fi. You can be in the library for a whole day without feeling bored. The mess has okayish food—not that great. The canteen has better food than the mess. There's a cricket ground, a football ground and a basketball court as well, which is really good.
College has a very good infrastructure, however, the infrastructure is now old and there are efforts being put to renovate the college. Labs are a bit outdated, but the college is bringing in new facilities. The hostels are also undergoing changes and the new PG hostel has super good facilities.
