In VJIT the last year cutoff for textile branch was 5210 merit rank and 133 marks. So match the rank of yours and if it falls in the range given than you can get the admission in VJIT through MHTCET. If you have any further doubt then ask in the comment box we would like to look forward to help you. hello hussein,
the VJTI -college of engineering is one of the most famous college in your state the rank cut off for the VJTI is very tough
so according to your percentile it seems you can secure a seat of mechanical engineering in the VJTI if you are under reservation of 0BC/SC/ST category you can easliy secure seat if you under above reservation
if you are from general category it will seem to be some difficult to get in
Hi Pranali,
As you say, you got 87 percentile in JEE Mains so your rank may be from 1lakh to 1.1lakh approximately, your rank is good enough to get top engineering colleges.
COEP and VJTI both are the best engineering college of India and also the oldest engineering college of india, COEP established in the year of 1854 while VJTI established in the year of 1887.
These colleges Cutoff are very high so you must try in online counseling procedure and fill these collegs in the choice filling process, you may get admission in these colleges,
If you not get admission in 1st or 2nd round don't worry and try hard you must got these college even in the last round so keep trying.
Hope this information help you.
Hello dear!
Congratulation to you for securing such a good percentile. Your expected rank would be almost 1700 .There is very less possibility to get a seat in college of engineering, Pune but you may get a seat in VJTI.

Good luck...
The facilities and infrastructure available for the course/department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library, are very Good . The quality of the facilities in the hostel, the quality of the food available in the mess and canteen, the medical facilities, and the sports and games are all very Good .
The classrooms are decent enough, with wooden benches, projector and AC's. Wi-Fi works in some classes and doesn't in others. The library is too good. It has all the books that you will ever need. It even has good Wi-Fi. You can be in the library for a whole day without feeling bored. The mess has okayish food—not that great. The canteen has better food than the mess. There's a cricket ground, a football ground and a basketball court as well, which is really good.
College has a very good infrastructure, however, the infrastructure is now old and there are efforts being put to renovate the college. Labs are a bit outdated, but the college is bringing in new facilities. The hostels are also undergoing changes and the new PG hostel has super good facilities.
