Is the hostel of VIT,Chennai within the college campus ? If not then how far is it from the campus? And what are the conveyance available?

Yes histel is within the campus itself. Seperately hostels alloted for boys and girls. Hostel has 2 and 3 bed facilities with Wifi and RO Water. Seerate mess facilities as well.

VIT Chennai or SSN.. Which is a better college(disregarding fee structure)??

Your chances look bleak for Electronic and Computer Science as the cutoffs are within 19000 ranks for both streams.

However, you have good opportunities with following colleges :

Since your obtained rank in VITEEE is very large through which you can't able to take admission in CSE at any campus of VIT. With this much rank you comes under phase 3 counselling at Bhopal campus through which you may be able to take admission in branches

IT IS ACTUALLY GOOD FOR A COLLEGE OR HOSTEL LIFE, THEY SERIOUSLY GOT HERE GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE, BUILDINGS, THE INTERIORS, ALL ARE ACTUALLY ABOVE THE PAR, QUITE IMPRESSIVE, ALL THE ELEVATORS ARE IN GOOD AND PROPER FUNCTIONING

Almost has all the necessary infrastructure yet not good...too much academic pressure...sometimes it feels like living inside of a jail...hostel rooms and messes are way more expensive than they need to be
