With rank of 52k  in VITEEE 2O19 you can't get vellore campus but you have the chance of getting chennai campus, that too is bit difficult to get that.

Hello Devil gamer, hope you are doing well. Admissions at UG level are offered strictly on merit basis followed by counselling. So for getting admission in BCA you do not need to give any entrance exam. It is based on purely merit basis and counselling.

According to the eligibility criteria laid out for admission in VIT, you must score a minimum aggregate of atleast more than 60% marks in Physics, Maths and Chemistry subjects in you class 12th boards. So if you do not have 60% or more marks being in the general category

Sorry to say but with this score chances of getting vit chennai is very low. He can only get it through management quota .

But he can definitely wait for it and see what happens in counselling.
