Your chances look bleak for Electronic and Computer Science as the cutoffs are within 19000 ranks for both streams.
However, you have good opportunities with following colleges :

Vit chennai law bba llb course fees for 5 year integrated course is around 8,03,000 for 5 years ie around 1,60,000 yearly

Since your obtained rank in VITEEE is very large through which you can't able to take admission in CSE at any campus of VIT. With this much rank you comes under phase 3 counselling at Bhopal campus through which you may be able to take admission in branches like ECE/ CIVIL or Bio branches in Bhopal or Amravati campus. Since both the campuses of VIT are better but if you compare among both these then surely vellore Campus will be faar better because there you will get various of opportunities in every field including education and sports as well.
Since it is a main campus there you will get the good faculty of teachers, students and vast environment of studies where you can also boost your skills in each and every field.

Yeah you have pretty well chances of getting seat on vit of both chennai and vellore campus
In vellore you will get seat in industrial and bio medical engineering
While comea to Chennai you will get same in bio medical and industrial, electronic and computer engineering

Since both the university which you had displayed here are one among the top most ranked private universities. Both EEE and ECE are good branches as well having allmost similar scope as well Chennai campus of VIT and MANIPAL university main campus both are also better.
As you are comparing among the both it totally depends upon you because among placement wise both are good as well study wise also both are better but in spite of all these you should go with the MANIPAL university because there you are getting it's main campus as well you are getting the core branch in that campus so it will be faar better.

College Infrastructure
VIT C Infrastructure offers a solid foundation with modern facilities and a well-maintained campus. The labs, classrooms, and common areas are well-equipped, supporting both academics and innovation. A good environment for learning and development.

Our college has pretty solid infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and have projectors. Labs are well equipped with the latest tools, especially in the computer and electronics departments. The library is really good has a wide range of books and enough space to study quietly. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and it's reliable most of the time. Sports facilities are decent with a basketball court, football ground, and indoor games area. The hostels are clean, and maintenance staff are usually quick to respond. The mess food is okay, not great, but hygienic. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to study and live.
Giving the review was quite a good experience.
