The College Nursing Learning Laboratories consist of a nursing skills lab, physical assessment lab, and human patient simulation lab, providing students with various opportunities to see, learn, and practice nursing skills and procedures in a simulated setting. The lab is staffed by faculty and graduate assistants who are always available to assist students. The lab also contains many resources available to students, such as equipment, books, and journals. The Human Patient Simulation Lab provides a home to several mannequins: two infants, one child, two adults, and a laboring female. Designed as a high-fidelity environment, Vinayak College of Nursing allows students to use all of the skills and knowledge acquired in a safe, non-threatening environment. Students can combine the skills acquired in the Health Assessment and Skills Lab with the theory behind nursing practice learned in the classroom and apply them to the safety of a simulated environment.

The College's primary goal of the computer labs and classrooms is to assist students will enhancing their chances of succeeding in technology-based classroom assignments and to provide access to equipment that will support the needs of instruction, where they celebrate life-long learning. Keeping pace with the latest technology, the Choithram has a fully equipped computer lab with multimedia & full-time internet facility. A college campus is also a Wi-Fi zone (uses 24-hour internet). Students are encouraged to utilize it to the maximum.Net connectivity is also available without extra charges. It has audio-visual facilities with an LCD projector to transform education with the latest technology. The computer labs support the college's curriculum and the instructors' assignments. Whenever any error occurs, the concerned faculty/expert should be consulted. Students must save their work in the directory, separate for each student, to avoid problems such as deletion, unauthorized changes, etc.
