I came all the way from Bihar to study here, and the first thing I noticed was how huge and green the campus is. Even though I was nervous about moving so far from home, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel at ease immediately. Since I live in the hostel, I spend a lot of time with my friends at the Food Street. It’s the best place to hang out after classes because there are so many options to eat, and the vibe there is always lively. The hostel buildings are very modern and kept clean, which is great for staying focused.
I am a BBA 1st-year student, and I really like the way they teach here. The faculty members are very positive and helpful. Even if you are from a different state and have doubts, they sit with you and explain things clearly. We don't have the FFCS system in BBA, but our fixed schedule is actually quite good. It gives me enough time to study and still hang out with the good friends I’ve made here. I managed to get a good GPA in my first semester because the teachers stay on top of the syllabus.
Coming from a different state, my main goal is to get a good job. The placements at VIT-AP are famous for a reason. Even in my first year, I can see how much effort the college puts into training us. We get the same opportunities as the other VIT campuses, and seeing big companies come for recruitments makes me feel like my future is in safe hands.
Overall, my experience as a hostel student has been great. Moving from Bihar to Andhra Pradesh was a big change, but the students here are very friendly and I never felt like an outsider. Between the food street snacks, the sports, and the marathons they organize, there is never a boring day. If you want a college with a supportive atmosphere and good teachers, this is a solid choice.
The campus looks really nice because there is a lot of greenery everywhere. It doesn't feel like a boring office; it feels like a proper college. Since I’m a tennis and badminton player, I spend most of my time at the sports area. The courts are actually solid, though you have to get there early to grab a spot for badminton. Even though I don't stay in the hostels, the buildings look tall and new from the outside. It’s a great place to hang out with my best friends between classes.
Since I’m a BBA student, my academic life is a bit different. We don't have the FFCS system, so our timetable and subjects are fixed by the college. Honestly, it’s actually better this way because I don’t have to stress about "racing" to pick teachers or fighting for slots. The subjects are very modern and focus on how businesses actually work today. I worked hard and got an 8.7 GPA in my first sem, and the professors were pretty cool about helping me out with doubts. Even though the schedule is set, it’s well-planned, so I still have time for my sports.
Even in the first year, everyone talks about placements. Since VIT-AP is connected to the main VIT brand, big companies come here to hire. I’ve seen seniors getting some crazy high-paying jobs. It gives me a lot of confidence that if I keep my grades up, I’ll land a "Super Dream" job too.
There’s always something happening on campus, like marathons or club events. I try to stay active in sports clubs whenever I can. Overall, it’s a great experience. It’s a lot of work, but with the right friends and a good sports balance, it’s definitely worth it.
The college infrastructure is good and student-friendly. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with basic facilities like projectors and proper seating arrangements. The library has sufficient academic books and provides a peaceful study environment. Computer labs and Wi-Fi facilities are available for students, though internet speed can improve sometimes. The campus is well maintained with sports grounds, canteen facilities, and hygienic surroundings.
Rating: 4/5 The academic environment of the college is satisfactory and supports student learning. Faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and explain concepts clearly. The syllabus is updated according to university guidelines and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge. Regular internal exams, assignments, and presentations help students improve their understanding. Teachers encourage participation in seminars, projects, and discussions, which enhances learning experience. Academic support from faculty and availability of study materials make it easier for students to perform well.
The placement cell conducts training programs, aptitude sessions, and mock interviews to prepare students for recruitment drives. Some companies visit the campus every year, mainly offering entry-level roles. Students who maintain good academic performance and develop additional skills have better placement chances. Internship opportunities are also provided to help students gain practical exposure. However, placement packages and company variety can still improve
The college offers good value for money with reasonable fees compared to the quality of education and facilities provided. Tuition charges are affordable for most students, and the overall cost does not feel burdensome considering the infrastructure, academics, and support services available. Scholarships and financial assistance options help students who need them, making education accessible. Learning resources, library facilities, and access to labs and extracurricular activities justify the fee structure. Overall, the college provides a satisfactory return on investment in terms of knowledge gained and opportunities provided.
Campus life in the college is enjoyable and student-friendly. The campus environment is peaceful, safe, and suitable for learning as well as personal growth. Various cultural events, sports activities, seminars, and celebrations are organized regularly, helping students relax from academics and develop social skills. Students get opportunities to participate in clubs, teamwork activities, and extracurricular programs that build confidence and leadership qualities. Friendly classmates and supportive staff create a positive atmosphere on campus. Overall, campus life offers a good balance between studies and fun, allowing students to create memorable college experiences.
Everything was perfect .
the infrastructure here is impressive , personally i like the rock plaza and food street which are considered as heart of campus , the acade, the vtop mic blocks are solid with central ac in labs and library, the VTOP portal can be a bit of boss fight when everyone tries to login at once for results .im a hosteler , the hostels are decent we have 3 fully constructed ladies hostels and 6 for men .
Academics at vsb are great , they focus a lot on digital business and analytics which is actually usefull. the curriculum is not just about textbooks and ppts , they incorporate a lot of coursera certifications and industry linked projects . its definitely a hustle culture here with contant assignments abut it keeps you on your toes
Placements are where vit ap realy flexes . even though we're in amaravati , we get the same superdreame company access as the vellore campus . The CDC career development centre ,really pushes you to upskill . i've seen seniors land crazy offers aat 25lpa +in management trainee roles. its not ust about big names , the average packafges are solid enough to rive you a great ROI.you just need to make sure your soft skills aren't mid and keep your CGPA above the 8.0 safety net to be eligible for top tier companies
the fee structure for bba students is a 3 stage criteria taken according to interview performance
campus life at vit ap feels like it is worth being as hostlers , as various events are held ,sometimes weekly also and in hostels we have movie nights , dj nights and special food during festivals .
honestly , with multiple opprtunities for skill improvement , acadamic knowledge and even for fun and creative activities vit ap has all the student needs .we will make friends from all over india we can improve our communication skills even.overall its a great opportunity being in vit ap
"Living in the hostels at VIT- AP is a generally high- quality experience.the campus has a great energy , especially in the evening near rockae plaza. the infrastructure is modern ;the AC rooms in new hostels are spacious and the night canteens are life savers for late night study sessions . while the academic blocks ab1 and ab2 are top tier with high speed wifi the hostel internet can be a bit hit or miss.the only downside is the distance between blocks that we need to cover in the 10 mins break that is provided
acadamics are quite rigorous but flexible . The vsb curriculum is updated with latest business trends and focuses heavily on digital transformation . the highlight is definitely FFCS fully flexible credit system which allows us to pick our own teachers and slots .this feature is great for hostlers so that u can schedule classes to avoid early mornings if u are a night owl . coming to faculty they are very knowledgeable with most being PhD holders who are very supportive if uh show interest .
being at vit ap gives you a huge advantage because of universities reputation . even as business student you get access to a massive pool of companies . factually the highest pakage for 2025-2026 cycle reached around 96 + lpa though that is usually for tech roles for vsb the packages are more in 6-10lpa. the coolege is very supportive we justneed to ficus more on our skill improvement .
overall my time at vit ap till now has been a 4 star experence . the campus life is vibrant with various tech fests that keep you busy its actually avery safe place with 24/ security and a strict but fair hostel policy
the campus has a warmly atmosohere, it has a great energy vsb students have access for modern acadamic blocks featuri g with high tech classrooms an smart boards . there is library in two acadamic blocks and the are massive and perfect for quite study sessions , while wifi can be spotty in some corners, the specialised labs are top notch
as a bba student at vsb , i find the curriulum to be quite modern and aligned with current industry needs and trends .we have the fully flexible credit system FFCS , whih lets us choose our own timings and professors for many courses . most faculty members have dctorates from reputed institutes and are very approachable for doubts but overall the acadamics can get more better
placements at vsb are quite promising especially because we share the centralized VIT placementcell. for the 2025 batch , te placement drive has been active with many students securing 'Dream' and 'Super dream' offers the highest package touched a staggering 92.26 lpa though the average package for business students 4-5 lpa .
the campus is in amaravati whish is a bit secluded most of our social life is inside the campus so joining clubs is essential
the college infra is good, actually it is build in around 200 acres where it is not fully done , as of now we have three acadamic blocks ab1 ab2 and cb and sports areas , canteens as well they are maintained with good hygine , for hostlers there is gym facility provided and with indoor and outdoor games too . the wifi facility is one of its advantage , clg wifi is free for students and availabe in every block
I'm a first year bba student in vit ap vsb ,in vit ap the faculty is very good and well trained they also help us to solve every single problem and the curriculum meets our needs and gives us so much of knowledge. the acadamic schedule is little hectic where as first years we are attendng nearly 20 lectures per week but it is a great opportunity to improve our management skills
The placements percentage increases per year , with the recent graduated batch placement noted at 0-80% placed . the highest package is around 35 lpa and avg would be 4-5 lpa but one advantage at vit ap is its brand image and centralised placements so that top recuriters like google , amazon, ibm, dell hire students here.
i have a very positive experience here over last one year . the campus has a welcoming atmosphere and i feel like i'm getting high quality education that balances thoery with practical skills
Not gonna lie, infra is decent but not flawless, we got Ac classrooms, campus wide wifi, library, sports areas and all other basics are covered very well. But when 100 + students connect at once wifi slows down a bit. Hostels are clean coming to maintenance vit ap ensures it maintains good hygiene. Overall the campus is comfortable to live in but not fully premium yet and other thing is that it not fully constructed and many blocks are yet to be constructed.
Academics feels kinda balanced but also a bit surface level at times. Syllabus includes business analytics and current topics too, so that's a plus. Around 60-70% learning comes from classes, rest you gotta do on your own tbh. Teaching quality varies with faculty.
Placements are actually one of the stronger sides. Around 80-90% of eligible students get opportunities, with 600 + companies visiting. Average package stays around 4-5 lpa, while top offers go much higher but only for few that too depending upon our skilks and extra curriculars.competition is high so skils matter the most
Campus is safe and well managed security is there 24/7 especially for hostelers the safety is top noch. Inside campus we've got enough to manage daily life students coms fro different areas, states even different countries, and they are friendly overall so finding your circle is easy
in vit ap we have 3 academic blocks AB1 , AB2, CB and one block for sports and other are yet to be constructed , the campus is not fully construced but as of now it looks really good . AB1 and AB2 have libraries with centralised ac facility ,open on clg hours and even evngs .wifi is provided for students .we have labs with all needed equipment and computer labs with wifi .
im studying bba in vit ap our department is known as VSB vit school of business specially for management related studies , the faculty in vsb works really hard and are very supportive with us. i choose vit ap after knowing its curriculum , credits andv the faculty . the faculty are very knowledgeable with almost everyone with phd and doctorates ,but feware friendly and ofcourse few are strict in acadamics but they are very supportive in case of education and skill development .
every year more than 70-80 % students are getting placed in various companies . if taken overall vit ap has highest package of 1 cpa ,as the placements are considered centralised . but from my couse and ug programme the highest package is around 12 -14 lpa , average would range from 3-4 lpa .management helps us in getting internships and trains us for placements as we have CDC but getting placed depends on our hardwork also .
having great time studying in vit ap , here i'm able to manage my acadamics along with my extra curricular activities .im able to utilise my time efficiently.
The college is really well , the academic blocks, the auditoriums and all other overall ambiance were pretty good , we got to explore a green campus ,all other facilities like labs , libraries are very useful , maintained hygiene. As a dayscholor I have to say about bus facility that it is affordable and safe .
Vit ap, especially vsb have a decent faculty and the curriculum is up to date and it is even updated as per industry requirements , the faculty helps us gaining skills for placements, internships and certificate courses , the students also get a chance to work with faculty in their research so that we gain experience
Vit ap university vsb offers us with Great placement opportunities in top tier national and multinational companies , average range package between 4-5 lpa for ug , where with high end 'super dream ' exceeding 10 lpa upto 65 lpa , recruiters from top companies like google, amazon , Deloitte and microsoft.
One of the best things about vit ap is campus life, where we will have great time with everyone as thee is a great connectivity among members through various activities like clubs , events and other fun activities like vitopia, INNOVITA specially for vsb
In vit ap Ragging is strictly prohibited and no one is ever faced ragging ! As a fresher I never faced any situation like that .
