Infrastructure of my colleague is good.My college campus has all the basic facilities for students including good classrooms, laboratories, library and common areas. The infrastructure can be little better.

The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive While some professors make lectures engaging and practical, others rely mostly on theoretical teaching. Skills are also provided. I enjoyed it.

The placement opportunities are average. Only few companies visit the campus the number of opportunities is limited, especially for some courses. Students often need to develop additional skills to get jobs.

The college offers good value for money with affordable fees, qualified faculty, a supportive learning environment, and decent academic resources. It provides a worthwhile educational experience that justifies the investment.

Campus life is enjoyable, thanks to cultural events, fests, and student activities that help create good memories and friendships. There is a friendly atmosphere overall. My campus life is amazing.

Though , our college has all the necessary infrastructure but yet it needs improvements in several dimensions. Like the washrooms are not that clear. The moment we open the door of washroom ,that fowl smell hits hard to the brain . If we talk about the classrooms ..so there is the need of some more fans, and even the glasses are broken. And canteen also needs several improvement.The food quality in the canteen is very basic and lacks hygiene standards. Furthermore, resources like the library and computer labs are outdated, and the Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus is highly unstable. The overall maintenance of the living spaces and common areas is severely neglected, making it uncomfortable for students to spend long hours on campus.

Mine experience with vivekananda college is a Lil bit good . Everything is quite nice there, the environment, surrounding, teachers. I am studying history' honours though I don't understand anything there.. teachers don't even specify the books from which they are teaching. Nothing is making me job ready. Teachers just come in the classroom, sit, reads the book , and goes out. No matter if we have understand anything or not..The curriculum feels completely outdated and does not include any recent developments or practical applications in the field of history. Because the teaching method is purely restricted to reading out text without any discussions or assignments, it completely kills student interest. The college provides no corporate exposure, skill-building workshops, or seminars to help us prepare for future career opportunities.

The placement scenario at this college is highly disappointing and a major concern for all students. Year after year, the placement cell fails to invite any reputed or tier-one companies to the campus for recruitment drives. The few local companies that do visit offer exceptionally low salary packages that do not align with industry standards or the effort students put into their degrees. A vast majority of the batch is left unplaced, forcing students to aggressively search for off-campus job opportunities on their own without any institutional backing. Furthermore, the college offers no training sessions, mock interviews, or resume-building workshops to make students corporate-ready. The overall management and placement cell are completely unsupportive, leaving students feeling abandoned regarding their future careers and professional growth.

When evaluating what this institution offers against the hefty annual fees it charges, it is safe to say that this college provides absolutely no value for money. The return on investment is virtually non-existent because the high academic fees do not translate into quality education, modern facilities, or career opportunities. Students are forced to pay for outdated computer labs, poorly stocked libraries, and broken infrastructure that severely hinders the learning process. It feels like a complete waste of hard-earned financial resources because, after spending years here, you are left with no practical skills and zero placement support. Paying such an exorbitant amount for a subpar educational environment is deeply frustrating, and I would strongly advise against enrolling here if you expect a decent return on your educational investment.

College life here is really boring and strict. The campus is a mess, the bathrooms are dirty, and the classrooms don't even have basic modern equipment. There is absolutely nothing to do outside of class—no festivals, tech events, or sports. It’s hard to make friends because there are no clubs or student groups. To make it worse, the professors aren't helpful at all. They just want us to memorize everything instead of teaching us how things actually work. If you have a problem, the college office completely ignores you. The only good thing is that the area around the campus is safe and easy to get to, but being inside the college just feels depressing."

"Overall, I would strongly advise incoming students to look for other options before considering this college. The total lack of proper management, unresponsive administration, and practically non-existent placement support make it a very frustrating place to spend your college years. Unless the management makes major changes to the infrastructure, faculty support, and career opportunities, enrolling here is simply not worth the mental stress or the financial investment

It is a massive, fully computerized, multi-floor facility holding over 53,000 books, excellent reading rooms, and access to digital resources .The campus is known for being beautifully maintained, clean, and filled with gardens. It offers a very peaceful, soothing aesthetic.

This is the college’s biggest academic asset. The vast majority of the professors are highly knowledgeable, hold PhDs, and are genuinely invested in their studentsThe college takes curriculum and internal assessments seriously..

Doesn't know about placements much .Placements at Vivekananda College are functional but limited. Because it is an off-campus college focusing primarily on Arts, Humanities, and Commerce, major corporate companies do not visit in massive numbers like they do for North or South Campus colleges.
