Course Overview

The Human Capital Leadership training course has been purposefully designed to help senior HR professionals navigate the changing macro and micro work environments. It will also have a two weeks long campus immersion programme at XLRI Jamshedpur.

The Human Capital Leadership certification course is priced at Rs. 4,20,000 for the Indian residents.
There’s a separate fee for the application form.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

You must have pursued a bachelor’s in engineering (10+2+4) to enrol in the Human Capital Leadership programme. Or, you must have done graduation in Science, Computers, Business, or Commerce (10+2+3) from a recognised university (AICTE/UGC/ AIU/ DEC/State Government) to qualify.

Work Experience

Additionally, it’s mandatory to have at least ten years of work experience, of which a minimum of six years must be in the HR function.

Moreover, you’ll get the Postgraduate Certificate in Human Capital Leadership by XLRI Jamshedpur after you clear the evaluation components successfully and meet the requisite attendance criteria of 80%.
