B.Plan./B.Arch./B.Tech.(Civil) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50 % marks in aggregate or ite equivalent CPI/CGPA/NAG. Note: Candidate should refer to ‘Allowed Courses’ under ‘Important Information & Rules’ to ascertain whether s/he is permitted to apply for the course of study. Selection Process : Based on candidate’s performance in GATE in Architecture and Planning/Civil Engineering (applicable only for GATE qualified candidates with marks more than or equal to the qualifying marks of General Category, valid at the time of admission). Note: All other candidates shall be selected on remaining vacancies through Departmental Test.
