MH CET has provisions for the home state students so the cutoff rank and marks for the candidates from maharashtra are lower compared to the non maharashtra students.  Students who didn't belong to Maharashtra and were from general category were required to score more than 107 last year got

Do colleges like GLC AND ILS combine the batches for 5 yr llb course students and 3 yrs llb course students or they have separate batches?

The 5 year law and 3 year law  are entirely separate courses. Many colleges including GLC Mumbai and ILS Pune offer both such courses. And many subjects taught will be the same too. But no such college combines the batches for these courses together. A 3 year law

Meha, I think your score is above average or you may say nice and at this score, you may have some possibility that you may get the KC LAW college but getting ILS Pune is a bit more difficult. My suggestion is you may try for both but focus on

I'll suggest you to go for Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur rather than taking admission into Indian Law Society College, Pune.

Being a NLU, MNLU will provide you a strong background for higher studies and jobs as well.
