Do colleges like GLC AND ILS combine the batches for 5 yr llb course students and 3 yrs llb course students or they have separate batches?

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 20th Jul, 2019
Hey MJ.
The 5 year law and 3 year law  are entirely separate courses. Many colleges including GLC Mumbai and ILS Pune offer both such courses. And many subjects taught will be the same too. But no such college combines the batches for these courses together. A 3 year law course will be designed in such a way as to cover all law subjects in a total of 3 years. Whereas 5 year law course is divided in such a way so as to complete both BA/BLS and Law subjects in 5 years. So the course structure is entirely different even though there are common subjects. So there will noy be any combined batches. GLC mumbai and lLS Pune both havr different course structure and different batches for 3 year law and 5 year law.
Best wishes

Navneet sharma 18th Jul, 2019

Meha, I think your score is above average or you may say nice and at this score, you may have some possibility that you may get the KC LAW college but getting ILS Pune is a bit more difficult. My suggestion is you may try for both but focus on KC Law. They are some hope for you and I wish you may get KC law or ILS Pune what you want That it's.

Which is better option for 5years ballb , mnlu Nagpur or ILS Pune

Yash Vardhan Singh 18th Jul, 2019
Hello Shashwat,

I'll suggest you to go for Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur rather than taking admission into Indian Law Society College, Pune.

Being a NLU, MNLU will provide you a strong background for higher studies and jobs as well.

For more details about MNLU Nagpur, click on the link given below:-

Hope this helps.

Best of luck!!

the chances for the conversion of the call will depend upon how you score in GDPI, WAT, and your past academic background also matters a lot, as well. So work hard on all those things which are still in your hand.

all the best for the future and i hope you get the college you want to be in.

Hi,

I am extremely sorry but I am not an expert of MHCET LAW entrance. My forte is science. Of what I could understand by observing last 3 years cut off I guess u might be able to make it in a 3year program. 5 year seems just within reach you should get atleast 130.

Any gov. College through UPSEE 250marks SC.

ramakamanasa Student Expert 31st May, 2019

Dear chandrahas,

Analyzing the previous years cut-offs, you will have chances for admission in govt colleges but the chances are very low.You may not secure seat in mech and computer sciences but have probavility for electronics. This also depends on present scenerio of highest marks and number of students.

All the best.
