There are various categories for other state quota students like reservation, physically handicapped and the cutoff for these categories varies.

OMS Candidates are also eligible for admission in ILS Pune. Tthere are a total of 240 seats out of which 85% are reserved for Maharashtra students, 5% for NRI students and rest 10% for OMS. So in the current session 24 seats were available for admission of OMS students in the 5 year Integrated law course.

There is some percentage of quota for students from outside the state/Country that grants them the same seat with some lower marks.Also this may be due to some entrance exam that they might have cleared.
