Both the colleges are equally good in terms of placement. Average package in ILS Pune is the range Rs.4-6 LPA and in GLC, Mumbai is Rs.4-6 LPA.

The seats reserved for All India Quota is allotted on the basis of All India Rank, not the sate rank so rank appears to be higher. Some seats are reserved which usually has lower cutoff than general category.

may be they belong to a different category like SC , ST , etc . coz usually their cutoff trends are far low than the open category cutoffs.
