Hello dear...Commerce and Psychology are two different poles. I am sorry to say but you cannot pursue both simultaneously. You can opt  Psychology in either B.A course or B.Sc Course , depends on College you choose , but you can't pursue psychology in B.Com. in other words you study Commerce

The minimum criteria to pursue B.Sc/BA  Psychology is that you should have studied 10+2 or an equivalent course from a recognised University. Now you might wonder if you can study Mathematics and pursue Psychology. Some Institutions expect a minimum aggregate of 50% in your 10+2 or equivalent exam in Science

Nevwrthless, because you have had Psychology as a subject in your Bachelor's degree, you are eligible for pursuing M.Sc Psychology.
