As of December 21, 2024 , the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is accepting examination fee payments for the April/May 2025 Class 10 (Secondary) examinations.
The schedule is as follows:
Without late fee : November 21 to December 20, 2024.
With a late fee of Rs150 per subject: December 21 to December 30, 2024.
With a consolidated late fee of Rs1,600 per learner: January 1 to January 10, 2025.
Since today is December 21, 2024 , you can still register by paying a late fee of Rs150 per subject until December 30, 2024. After that, a consolidated late fee of Rs1,600 will apply until January 10, 2025.

The last date for registration for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Class 10th April-May 2025 examinations is 20 December 2024. Registration can be done till this date without late fee. After this, registration can be done between 21 December to 31 December 2024 with a late fee of Rs 150 per subject. So you can take admission with late fees.
NIOS 2025 class 10th exams admission and results
1.The theory exam fee for NIOS class 10th exams is Rs 250 per subject.
2.For practical exam, students will have to pay Rs 120 per subject.
3.NIOS Class 10th exams are conducted for a total duration of three hours.
4.NIOS Class 10th result will also be released through SMS and DigiLocker.
5.To take admission in NIOS Class 10th, students can take help for online registration by visiting their nearest AI (Study Centre)/Facilitation Centre.
