This issue is occurring might be because of the pandemic , my suggestion for is that you should get in touch with the authority to troubleshoot all the issues.

sometimes the schedule gets changed because of uncertainties like pandemic or any other , you should keep an eye on every update at this scenario and take Information only from the official website.
