There are recreational facilities, sports ground, laundry, cafeteria, general store, juice centre, a hostel on the campus. There are industry experts who train us, have a 3-month long internship which gives us industry exposure. There are various events conducted in which we learn as well as enjoy a lot, festivals are celebrated. Placements have not commenced yet. 24-hour hot water, hostel, drinking water, swimming etc. The student crowd is both experienced and freshers.

SCIT is a good college to be in if you want to do an MBA and work in IT sector later in your career. There are some really cool specialisations provided. I have chosen Data Science which is a newly introduced specialisation here. There are industry experts which come in to give lectures regarding the same. College Infrastructure is one of the best you get. The campus has a swimming pool, multi-sports arena, and many more things.

When you are a graduate in IT with related work experience in IT and if you are looking to gain an advantage with management degree then SCIT is the place for you. All courses are techno-managerial with adequate industry exposure which keeps students updated about latest trends. The college has one of the best infrastructure and hostel facility. With around 75 percent students are experiencing, it is a healthy competition where students share their corporate experience with each other. With pretty good placement and industry oriented curriculum which blended with exciting college fun life, SCIT is definitely the place for any IT aspirant.

Our campus has a recreational center, a tennis court and auditorium all in a compact space, due to this it should expand its campus arena and infrastructure should be upgraded. though our campus has given a good exposure to industry employee but if they could guide students in their area of interest would be better. life at the campus can be happening when students along with faculty take initiatives for building up a creative environment. college should be more transparent over upcoming companies visiting the campus and their recruitment process. hostel facilities should seriously be improved as very compact rooms are provided for students. faculties should motivate students by involving them in creative learning. our college does attract the diverse crowd. our college is affordable in education, sports and technical and cultural activities.

The College provides with a well-planned infrastructure to facilitate the students throughout their academic period with an opportunity to showcase their talent and capabilities through different student driven committees like Institutional Social Responsibility, Information Security (Team matrix) Drishtikon (Management Club) etc. and events and the festival celebrations like Onam, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi etc. The guest lectures by Industry experts, seminars and panel discussions at different events and summer internships also provide the students with an enhanced industry exposure. The college has tie-ups with international societies like ISACA and DSCI and various international collaborations so as to shape a brighter future and a well-structured career for the students. The ambience and knowledge-full experience with a wide range of cross-cultural and cross-national crowd make the college life enjoyable and memorable time of student’s life. The students always thrive for the ROI that is placement against their investment in the college so the placement is an ongoing process with various top companies like the BIG 4 KPMG, PWC, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and other companies like Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Infosys, TCS etc. SCIT is affordable as the placements are higher than the academic fees of the college and it is less than other b-schools with an equal amount of placements. SCIT provides hostel equipped with the recreational activities like cemented Basketball & Volleyball courts, cricket pitches, Table tennis tables, Gym, Swimming pool, Television and other facilities like laundry etc. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and furnished and are cleaned regularly. The professors are a source of the ocean of knowledge having both industrial exposure and are highly qualified for the enhancement of learning experience of the students. The academic experience of students is also enhanced via the computer labs and library with a lot of books, journals & reference books along with the reading room facility. Their students and the faculty are in regular touch via the one to one mentoring session with the students. There are a number of food joints, juice centers and an in-house Xerox Centre and grocery shop in the college. The alumni network of the college is so advanced and supportive that the students get in touch with them on a regular basis through the alumni meet events and the alumni share their experience that is fruitful for the students. The only issue students face is that the hostel for First-year boys is outside campus but the senior students and all girl students are provided hostel within the campus. There is 24x7 security with CCTV camera surveillance and a large number of security guards.

SCIT is offering MBA in ITBM with specializations such as Information security, Data Science, Systems etc. College infra is very good. Industry exposure is good. College life very much happening with number of fests, champions leage etc. All top companies visit the campus for placements and internships. Overall it is the best option for those who want to pursue MBA in IT.

The curriculum of the course was set as per industry requirements. Some of faculties (not all) had good industry experience and taught their respective very well. There was little help from college in terms of internship (which forms a v imp part of a professional course). Some more industry experience and better approach for projects and assignments would have added more value to the degree. But in the end, college placement was quite good (which compensated for all drawbacks).

The college brings in a mixed bag of academics and extra curricular activities. The schedule is pretty tight for someone who has been working in the industry for quite some time. A variety of people has been my best part and all of them are competitive in terms of academics. The college infrastructure is quite decent with well to do classrooms and facilities that a good MBA college needs. The experience of learning management subjects with reference to IT has just given me immense pleasure since I always a techno-managerial course. The college provides various opportunities like events, guest lectures that enhance our knowledge and experience. It was been a start that is hard but yet a memorable experience.

Management is all I wanted to do after the four years of engineering and here it is SCIT. One of the few Colleges which provides management in IT and as my bag round was an IT, It was a perfect blend and appropriate for me. To enhance my techno managerial competencies, this was the right platform for me. The college has good infrastructure with well-equipped computer labs and other facilities. The college has a good faculty which help you and guide you in every step of yours towards growth in the career. My experience till now in college is great as it provides me opportunities to participate in different competitions which help me bring myself as a better manager. Participation in cultural and managerial fests was a great learning for me till now. In SCIT all are the student driven committees, all are well managed by the students and teachers are the guide. It is great to manage studies with all other activities which enhance our inner abilities. The college provides internship which gives the opportunity of industry experience to open up and it provides the platform to interact with industry big shots and make us learn how to deal with people. The hostel life is great with all the facilities provided for girls as well as boys. The mess food is great with variety of dishes provided everyday.

Hostel Life: The hostel for junior batch (called D-Hostel) is around 600 mths away from the campus. The hostel is equipped with Ethernet ports to access the Internet, however, most of the entertainment websites are blacklisted. You get a bandwidth of 512 kbps with a daily cap of 500 MB. The Hostel rooms are shared among 3 individuals. The hostel has a mess which provides breakfast & dinner from Mon-Saturday for which the charges have been included in the college fees itself. On Sundays & National holidays lunch is also served. On working days, students are required to go to the main campus to have lunch. Food : The mess food is acceptable & sufficient. However, students can also purchase food at food zones located at the campus & D-hostel. The ones at D-hostel are really good ! Non-veg food is served at least 3 times a week for dinner. Provision for Jain food is also present. Faculty : The faculties, in general, are good. Few of the faculties are exceptionally brilliant, especially the visiting faculty. Student Crowd : Students from all parts of the country & few international students also come here & hence it's a culture rich campus. And as the campus is shared with SCMHRD & SIIB as well, the crowd is very diverse. CCA : SCIT is a student driven institute & therefore, most of the activities are carried out by student committees which carry out their functions under the guidance of a faculty or admin. staff. Few of these committees are Placement Cell, iTELF (Entrepreneurship cell), ISR (Social Responsibility Committee) , Sports & Culture, Admissions Committee, etc. Each of these committees provides an extra dimension of experience with its own pros & cons. Hence, students must choose them wisely. Recreational Facilities : The campus has a ground for cricket or football or volleyball & a basketball court. In addition, a table tennis area is also there. Same facilities are also available for a junior batch at D-hostel. Studying facilities : The campus has a reading room beside library which is usually open 24*7 for students to study. A reading room is also there at D-hostel. The college library is very well stocked with latest magazines like HBR, Digit, Reader's Digest, etc available for students to read in addition to few novels & other publications. Overall : It is a good institute to study & the RoI depends highly on the student's ability to extract the most out of it.

It's a home away from home for all the students, good hostel and college infrastructure. Teachers are facilitators partnering in knowledge transaction, they help you in accomplishing tasks from research work to certifications. There are many events organized throughout the year that keep your enthusiasm high. All the batch mates are friendly and stand together as a team in achieving the designated tasks. The current cost is bit high but still affordable also loan facilities are available easily with partnered institutes. The college has a record of 100% placement for past 2 years and expected this year too. For better industrial exposure the college invites many industry experts as a part-time faculty to share their experiences. The college doesn't have an incubation startup cell. The college is more focused on placements than developing entrepreneurs and researches in the filed of information technology.

We have residential program so we stay in the same campus that is increase our all strength in all aspect. We have around 20+ extra circular activity that is one of the best thing of my college. We have out bound activity in all the semester. For any kind of activity management is always supportive. We have written so many white paper with our faculty member which highly add value to our knowledge. ROI of this college is very good for which one can prefer this college to other colleges present in the same league. Faculties are highly experienced. It's a good college. infrastructure is so good. you can't get better facility than this college in the whole India. just score good marks in to get placement here. Mess is not so good as the food quality is not such great as compared to top colleges. You have to survive for 4 years by skipping many of the meals here. best of luck.
