SSE Pune Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Symbiosis School of Economics Pune has a placement cell, which conducts all the placement related activities to prepare students for their dream career after graduation. The various activities conducted by SSE Pune placement cell include workshops, aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions and soft skills training. Soft skills training include training on speaking skills and improving  body language. SSE placement cell also conducts counseling sessions for the final year students to help them decide from various career opportunities available. CV writing and other important placement related activities are also taken care of by the SSE Pune placement cell. The placement cell maintains relations with industries and works in close proximity with them to help students with the current trends. SSE has relations with several research institutes, NGOs, corporate firms and development agencies who have offered final placements and internships to its students. As per the SSE placement process, the college first prepares the recruitment schedule of the year, invites companies to the campus for the pre-placement talk and conducts final placement. Internships are conducted in the month of December. Selection for the internship is based on the performance of the students in the written test, student research paper and interview. Marks for internship are added in the final CGPA.
