Hello Aspirant,

For WAT, there will be an essay or article writting where you will be expected to write about some recent issues. The important thing is that this is a test of writing skills therefore how you frame your answer is very important. You just not need to give facts as everybody is expected to know facts. WAT is to check your individual opinion on the topic.

I would suggest you to read some essays on recent issues regularly and get a taste of how it should be written.
