    Dear aspirant,

    As you have mentioned that you are a partial dropper so let me tell you that it solely depends on the institution/university if they would ask for the gap certificate.

    But the colleges through josaa like IITs/nits do not ask for this type of documents but there are colleges which ask for gap certificate so it depends which college you are applying for.
