rbi offers best salary and growth opportunity among the other banking services of india. you need to have a bachelors degree in any discipline and 60% marks to join entry level positions offered by rbi. there are assistant and grade b officer vacancy. assistant jobs are clerical job, and grade b officers are post of managers. starting salaries will be 30-35k. exam level is above the difficulty level of sbi po. so you need to work really hard , there are state wise and all over india both type of recruitment comes. hope you may understand.

As you are now in 12th standard and you wanted to become. The RBI manager which is of grade b jobs in RBI management which has starting pack of 55k to 60k .
And the examination will be tougher than the SBI PO and IBPS
Now your class 12 must in science stream and you can do engineering or degree of maths
