I have an SC certificate but my father income is more than 8 lakhs , can i get fees required for SC students.

No, if your father's income is more than 8 lakhs that means you are under creamy layer and your father is able to pay your fees so you may not be eligible for the fees concession required for SC students as you need to fall under the non creamy layer of category which is generally less than 4 lakh . The income limit for some SC student schemes is as follows:
Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC students: Income limit is 2 lakhs
Post-Matric Scholarship for SC students: Income limit is 2.5 lakhs
National Overseas Scholarship (NOS) for SC etc. students: Income limit is 6 lakhs
Top Class Scholarship scheme for SC students: Income limit is 4.5 lakhs
