i have completed my post graduation last year and i have applied for b.ed this year on graduation basis . Do I need gap certificate?

Yes, if you have completed your graduation last year, and you had taken admission in b.ed this year, it's definitely counted as a gap between your graduation and b.ed. For this you need an affidavit which is a gap year certificate which indicates thay you were not involved in any illegal activities throughout your gap year.
