I'm in training period in bsnl,so it cant be considered as work experience.should i mention it in my resume while applying for HPCL?

My Resume was not properly uploaded while filling the form for HPCL. It has already been submitted. Can you help me change it?

Can you please tell why can't training period be considered as work experience and please tell you will be receiving a certificate and is it an internship or part of the job because if it is an intership then no need to mention it or in case it is a job, ideally you should mention it.
