The waitlist number below 100 has a chance of getting a seat.
Above number 100 there is less chance of getting a seat.
As the availability of seats depends on the vacant seat.
The students who withdraw their seat and leave it vacant are given to others.
Since there are only some who do that.
But don't lose hope, be on the safer side and apply for other colleges as well.
