All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi offers a total of 128 courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. D.M	-	M.D from AIIMS or any other University or equivalent degree recognised by the MCI + Valid score in INI CET
M.Ch		M.S. in surgery of this Institute or any other University or equivalent degree recognised by the MCI +Valid score in INI CET.
Ph.D		Candidates must hold a master's degree (M.Sc) in relevant disciplines.

For AIIMS Raipur B.Sc. Nursing (Hons) , you need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum required marks are:

55% for General, OBC, and EWS category
50% for SC and ST category

Since your percentage is 54.4%, you are not eligible if you belong to General, OBC, or EWS. But if you are from SC or ST category, then you are eligible.
