The duration of AIIMS Delhi UG courses is from 3 years to 5 years and 6 months. AIIMS Delhi nursing programmes are offered in five different specialisations. The duration of AIIMS New Delhi PG courses is 3 years. All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi Doctoral courses include DM, M.Ch, and PhD. The Doctoral courses are offered in 68 different specialisations at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences New Delhi The MD/MS courses in AIIMS Delhi are offered in different branches for three years. Whereas, the duration of doctoral courses is 3 years. Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria and follow the process of AIIMS New Delhi course admissions.
For AIIMS Delhi paramedical courses admission students are required to appear for the entrance exam. To get admitted for the MBBS course at AIIMS New Delhi, the candidates must appear for NEET and secure a valid score. The AIIMS Delhi course fee varies from course to course, and it depends on the course selected. AIIMS Delhi hostel fee differs for each course student, and it also varies for married and unmarried students. For AIIMS MBBS admission through NEET UG 2026 under the EWS category, the exact cutoff marks are not released yet.
However, based on past trends:
The qualifying percentile for the General and EWS categories is the 50th percentile.
For top AIIMS like Delhi, candidates from the EWS category usually need around 700+ marks out of 720 .
To be on the safe side, aim for 705 marks or above for top AIIMS campuses.
For newer or less competitive AIIMS campuses, marks around 660–690 might also be enough.
In short, for AIIMS admission under EWS in 2026, you should target 700+ marks to have a good chance.

Based on previous year INI-CET trends, getting a seat in any AIIMS with a rank around 3500 is quite difficult for the General category.
Here is the simple picture:
AIIMS Delhi usually closes well below 2500 .
Other major AIIMS like Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Patna also generally close below 3000–3200 for most clinical MD/MS branches.
Newer AIIMS campuses also tend to close before 3000–3300 for most specialties.
So with a rank of 3500 , the chances for an AIIMS seat are very low , especially for clinical branches.
You may get a chance only in very less-demanded branches and that too in later rounds , but it is not guaranteed.

AIIMS B.Sc Nursing entrance exam ka syllabus NCERT Class 11–12 par based hota hai. Agar CBSE ya state board ne kuch chapters delete kiye hai, to bhi AIIMS apne original NCERT syllabus se hi questions pooch sakta hai. Deleted syllabus se questions aane ke chances hote hai, kyunki AIIMS board-wise reductions follow nahi karta. Isiliye aapko pura NCERT 11–12 syllabus complete padhna hoga, deleted chapters bhi.
