Getting the minimum pass mark in all subjects is the minimum eligibility for TNEA counselling. Since you have passed in all subject you are clearly eligible to attend TNEA counselling.

No there is no single girl child quota in ANNA UNIVERSITY. There are reservations for ex serviceman , sc, st , obc, physically disabled people etc but not for single girl child. You can however try for the scholarship exams which can provide you some concession in fees.

Like any other University there are 2 semesters per year. It means for a UG course of 4 years there will be 8 semesters and for any UG course of 3 years there will be 6 semesters.
