First you need to apply for TNEA counselling. There is no entrance exam for TNEA, it is a direct counselling process. Only your 12th marks are taken for admission into colleges under Anna University. There are 552 colleges under Anna university. Application form (online) will be available from May 3-

The marks obtained by candidates in the Qualifying exam of TNEA will be considered for the admission in 563 participating colleges. It won't consider your class 12 marks so nothing can be said on the basis of these marks.
