I got 70 in Nata and 1035 in my board exams, can I get good college through Anna university counselling?

Chances are less to get seat in good college as the score is not that sufficient. But yes, you can try for more number of colleges as all are having their own criteria and cut off and common counseling is not there.

I got 70 in NATA and my 12th mark is 58 percentage I have applied for Anna university counseling which college I will get in Chennai

Chances are less to get seat with this score in good colleges as more than 145 marks are required. But there is no common counseling so better to try for more number of colleges, may be your score works in any of good college.

how to take admission in anna university for m. tech / me in mechanical

There are 2 ways to get seat in Anna University in M.Tech/M.E as you can go through TANCET AND GATE so students having valid gate score are exempted to appear in TANCET.
