In my opinion you should go for LPU.

LPU and Chandigarh University are well-known private universities.

Both universities have good placements. But the placements are better in Chandigarh University than Lovely Professional University. Lovely Professional University was established before Chandigarh University. Fee is bit higher in Chandigarh University than in lovely professional university . Lovely Professional University has a reputation than Chandigarh University. Lovely Professional University have better academic support when compared to Chandigarh University. If you can do a little more hardwork, you can get the best of the best collection do mMCA in Cyber Security program like  IITs, IISCs particularly Delhi, Kharagpur, Roorkee, etc

After them VIT is a good choice to pursue cybersecurity.
