Accommodation for male students is available in the Chandigarh University Hostels. The hostels have facilities like a common room with TV, a reading room, a fully equipped gym, etc.

Chandigarh University provides separate accommodation for the girls' students. The hostels have facilities like a common room with TV, a reading room, a fully equipped gym, and much more. Wardens are also available to take care of the students.

A registered Medical Doctor is available on the campus during working hours along with three ambulances and separate OPD rooms for girls and boys. For students living in hostels, full-time Medical Supervisors are available 24 x 7.

Chandigarh University facilities include a gym inside the campus premises. All the necessary equipment is available inside the gym that students can use to stay physically fit.

The library has a large collection of books, e-journal databases, printed journals, printed magazines, e-books, English and Hindi newspapers, etc. The Chandigarh University library is available for students from 9 am to 10 pm every day.

Chandigarh University has several playgrounds and courts in its campus with indoor games like chess, table tennis, carom as well as outdoor games like cricket, hockey, badminton, and many more. The institute also provides a dedicated sports coach to train and guide the students in any kind of sports.
