Chandigarh University is known as one of the best private university in india known for its excellence. Our college having a big campus. The hostel facilities is good.Purified drinking water is provided.Washrooms are cleaned every day.
Teaching qualities are pretty good. Most of our teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful.Thr curriculum is relevant for the study of doctors of philosophy in specialisation of organisational Behaviour studies.
CU gives us the best opportunities toz realise our worth and gives a better option to make our career better.College provides the intership in summer and winter break .We got good chances to get placed into good companies.
Faculties are good
The infrastructure of the college is very beautiful, from the college gate to the end of the college it is very beautiful and every facility is available in the college so that the students do not face any problem. There are facilities of library, labs and gym are available here, inside which proper equipment has been provided.
In academics also, the college is good and children from outside also come to study in the college, leaving aside Punjab and Haryana. This college is serious about it's education and very strict action is taken regarding any uncertainty.Their curriculum is updated monthly.I have completed my BBA from this college.
The college conducts a lot of advertisement regarding placements and when I took admission here, I also felt that the placements here would be very good in our course but it did not happen like that, we were not offered such good placement, the average package here is of 4 lakhs and the highest package is of 17 lakhs.
Our annual fees is Rs. 1.75 lakh, within which you will get the opportunity to study in the university and you will not have to pay any charges for library or any extra curriculum. There is also hostels are available inside the college, the charges for which start from 90k per year.I think if you are coming here thinking about placement then do not take admission but if you want good education then you can take admission here.
The college campus is very large and the college campus is spread over almost 300 acres. You will get all types of facilities inside the campus. Events are organised every month in which you can participate and gain experience. This college is located in Mohali, Punjab. If you want to come here then you can either come to Mohali station or Chandigarh station.
Overall the college is good and the students enjoy a lot here.
Infrastructure is well maintained in the university. It is eye catching. Every block is constructed on its own area. The university is clean all the time. Sheds for peaceful sitting are also placed in the gardens.
Academically all the mandates important for child's performance were available. I being in medical field was satisfied since all lab credentials were provided with the students. Teachers are experienced.
I personally did not sit in for placements but as far what i have heard is that placement are okeyish / not below average. One gets satisfied with the placements. I would recommend everyone to give it a chance
Since it is a private university so the fees is high as compared to govt colleges.
Campus life is exciting. Fests are amazing
Overall it is good ????
Chandigarh University has one of the best infrastructure. It's has a beautiful and well planned infrastructure. They have multiple buildings for each department which makes to every organised and easy to navigate.
Academically, Chandigarh University offers one of the best academic curriculum. Almost every facility member has a PhD degree. The teachers have alot of corporate as well as teaching experience which makes them great asset for the university.
Overall if anyone what's to make a future in marketing then Chandigarh University alot of opportunities. But it's rare to find a placement in any other field. Placement drives are very frequent in the campus.
Chandigarh University is an expensive University to study and according to the money and quality isn't very much justified. Certain policy of the university makes them a little hungry for money but it's justified.
The campus life in Chandigarh University is real fun. They have alot of places or spots in the campus where one could sit with friends and have a good time. They have No ragging and no bully policy....
Overall Chandigarh University is fun place to be at. If one is really serious about his career and wants to do something big then Chandigarh University can help massively.
Infrastructure of chandigarh university is very good. the university is building more and more buildings to suffice the need of the students. The only thing there is not good is outside of the college.
Academics of the university is very good the teachers comes from very strong educational background as they have teaching experience of more than 7 years . Some teachers are good but they tend to teach in a way that is not understand by most of the students.
Placement of chandigarh university is very good as the university brings more companies than any other college for placements . The university also groom the students to be able to placed in these companies.
As the university provides scholarship to every student in the university which ease the fees payment process and helps the under privileged students . For the fees the placement provided is very good and the academics is also very good.
Campus life in chandigarh university is very soothing as the ambience of the place is very much good and there are various food courts and pizza places like dominos where we can spend time with our friends.
Infrastructure of Chandigarh University is very good the buildings the ambience of the place is very pleasing. University always tends to build new buildings for more college students and provide a good pathway to the buildings.
Academics related to my course is very good the teachers are good they teach in a manner all the students like the HOD of our department is very understanding anyone has any problem they resolve in few days.
Placements are good in Chandigarh University people are placed for good packages in from our course as the placement totally depends on the individuals University can only provide companies for placements.
As the university provide scholarships for all the students so the fee structure is very reasonable in comparison to other colleges and universities. The placement provided for the fees are also average but more than other universities.
While in the college I enjoy my day with my friends as the university is open till 10 pm so we can just chill and have fun with our friends the ambience of the university is also very soothing one can enjoy themselves there.
CU boasts a well-designed campus with modern buildings, well-equipped labs and classrooms with projectors and ACs, and a well stocked library with advance technology. Overall the campus provides a great infrastructure for students.
CU's MBA program offers a strong foundation of academic wa focus on practical applications of the course . Faculty with great experience and expertise of their subject. However the batch size of class is way large.
With Highest package of ₹28lakhs for year 2023-24 CU offers a strong placement recod. Large companies like Amazon, deloitte, ICICI bank and many more recruits on campus and more than 300 Companies offer package exceeding ₹5 lakes.
I would have given 5 stars however the management of University is not as per the level. Infrastructure, facilities and equipment up to the mark. It is well planned and well maintained University. Neat and clean environment. Food is hygenic.
It is a great experience for me to be part of this university. I really enjoyed taking part in various activities as Chandigarh University usually conduct various conduct activities. Not only co curriculum but in field of education and recruitment it has a good record. The only drawback I faced the hectic schedule.
They have good placement for than 70% of students get placed . But the average package college offer is about 8lpa that is not as much the college promised and the competition is too much as their are 1.5k to 2k.
The university provides 100% scholarship for the students based on their performance on the entrance exam . The college is cheapest among all the private colleges and provides good facilities. University is worth the money .
Good environment from students as well professor side. There are lot of cafeteria to chill and also there are lot of fest that used to happen in the university and aldo various activities happen to enhance students
No
Very good infrastructure but the only thing the university lacks is that it takes time to reach from one place to another and other problem is that in rainy season the parking space gets very wet so students can't be able to reach there classes on time.
The academics is excellent the faculty members are very good helpful and knowledgeable. Some teachers are rude but there knowldledge is very good they will go to the roots of the topic. Some of our teachers are from the top universities of India.
A lot of companies visit for the placement drive but the competition here is very much as the number of students is very much and not all the student are well versed in english which is mandatory for the placements.
University provide a good placement opportunity for all the students and also provide a scholarship to students as to ease the fee payment of the students. The fees of M.B.A os only 5 lakhs without any scholarship and the average package is about 6 lakh.
Campus life in chandigarh university is very good as we can be in college till night and can enjoy the whole day with our friends as there are various food courts to ease the availability of food dominos is also present in the campus for pizza lovers.
We looked at everything around campus , like building, dorms , and computer labs . Most thing are in good shape but some could be better , especially the technology stuff and making sure everyone can easily get around especially those with disabilities . The campus is generally clean and safe with good security measures .
We checked out how classes are taught and how student learn . Most classes seem okay but some could use more interesting ways to teach . Teachers are generally good , but some student says they need more help.
We looked at how well the college helps students find jobs after they graduate . Most students seem to find jobs okay , but some say they need more help from the college . The career services office is helpful, but it could do more to connect students with job opportunities
Most students feel they’re Getting a decent education for the price but some think it’s too expensive . The facilities and resources are okay but some students say they could be better for the amount they’re paying
Most students say it’s fun and lively , with lots of activities and clubs to join . The dorms are okay but some students wish they were nicer . The food in the cafeteria is decent . Overall, campus life seems pretty good
Hii,
In certain cases, Chandigarh University admits B.Tech students directly without requiring an entrance exam. Your grades in the 12th grade, particularly in math, physics, and chemistry, as well as other factors like your JEE score or management quota, will determine this.
However, since admissions policies can change annually, it is best to check their official website or get in touch with the university to find out the precise requirements for the year you wish to enroll.

Hello,
No , you generally cannot apply as a reserved category (SC) candidate in West Bengal state colleges, including Calcutta University, using an SC certificate issued by another state.
Your SC certificate from another state is valid for claiming reservation in central government jobs and admission to central educational institutions (like IITs, NITs, IIMs, or other Central Universities) anywhere in India.
In simple terms, your certificate makes you eligible for reservation at a central institution like IIM Calcutta, but not at a state institution like Calcutta University.
I hope you found this helpful.
Hello,
Yes, you are eligible for CUET . In CUET eligibility, only your Class 12 marks are considered, not Class 10.
Since you have passed Class 12 with Commerce, you can apply for CUET and take admission in good universities like DU, Chandigarh University, etc., if you meet their subject and percentage requirements.
Hope it helps !
