The College have good infrastructure and is a beautiful campus as well consisting of well structured buildings, library and the spotoreum to play. Campus is fully cleaned and have alot of grenery. YES that is my campus.
I am currently in Btech computer science in 4th year. The way of teaching is superb especially in the prospective of CSE department as their system is good to make hands in coding. They also provide meachanical workshop for one week.
The placements are really good we can say as i give 8 out of 10 in placements like they invited OLX like big tech companies, amazon and makemytrip etc.. As i have remembered the highest package is above 20 and if i talk about average then it is i can say 6.5 which is not bad as a fresher.
Per year i have spend 2.60 lakh which is including both academic and hostel. Academic is 80 and hostel is 50 around so for one sem it is around 1.30 lakh per sem. The money is worth as they are inviting good companies for placements.
Campus life is amazing as we have alot in the campus like playing and als0 have track, badminton court and especially well furnished gym.
Wonderfull
Good infrastructure including all the necessary equipment and facilities required. It includes a library, canteens, laboratories, sports areas, etc. Proper hygiene is maintained around the university. Hostels are pretty good with mess facility and a good culture is maintained around there
Currently pursuing BE ComputerScience and I like the teaching style a lot. College provides a good curriculum to cover all the subjects required and that helps us in our companies. With the theoretical knowledge college also focuses on practical knowledge and ready us for industry
There are multiple placement opportunities provided by the university. Every year around 80-90% of students got placed and the average package is around 7LPA-10LPA. The highest salary offered this year was around 25LPA for CSE branch.
My course cost around 80k per sem and I feel its worth of it
Campus life is pretty good. With DJs and cultural events occurring around every month, various societies help you endorse your skills and participate in extracurricular activities
infrastructure is very well maintained and well designed. The design of building are very good, nd the whole campus is of 50 acre. we have our own restaurants named sqaure1, square2, circle one, chai chaska bar.
Academics are good, helps in personality development of each nd every student. Different types of courses are provided in this university. There are also many technical socities, clubs in the college.
Placements are decent. Many companies visit the campus for recuirement of students for the available branches in the university. Many foriegn companies are are there in chitkara university. It also depends the performance of the student.
very good college in terms of acedimcs
Infrastructure of chitkara university is so good. They investment so much on improving their infrastructure. Classroom are big and spacious and have good Air-ventilation. Hostel are also okayish . All can join here.
Academics- they follow updated couse curriculum. As I am 1st year Student they taught python and introduction to web technology in first sem and c++ in 2nd sem. Teachers are also well qualified and supportive. All is good.
Placement- chitkara university has okayish placement record for cse students. Their average placement for cse students is aroung 6.5-7lpa but quite low for other branches i.e 3.5-4lpa.Amazon, Microsoft, ola, olx, are some big companies which are coming for recruitment. Very nice packages
Yes it is value for money.
Campus Life is quite good .
Overall it is good college to join.
Outstanding infrastructure with all facilities including wifi. Hostels are ver clean along with food. Even the food places are clean and provide each type of cuisine. The infrastructure is very clean and the libraries have each type of books one needs.
Excellent quality of teaching with understanding teachers. Currently persuading engineering at Chitkara, faculty is very knowledgeable and explains the concept clearly. And even provide proper resources to the students along with practical knowledge.
Placements are very good. Provides 100% placements in good companies and prepare you as well for the interviews and even provide company courses for better understanding of the cooperative world in company.
Gives full value to money.
Good campus life with understanding faculty
Best college for engineering
It has a very good infrastructure. It has all the things you need in your college life. The classrooms are big with comfortable sitting arrangement. Th hostels are also very neat and clean. And the mess food is great .
I am doing computer science engineering and I believe the quality of teaching is moderate to good and the curriculum is also student friendly. And, yes I believe it makes us job ready, but for that you also have to do a bunch learning on your own.
Placements, I would say are average to good, mostly all the students get placed and if you are focused and good at studies you can get a very good package. The highest package was of 32 lpa and it was of CSE branch. Average salaries are around 4.5 lpa.
For a private college the fee is pretty normal and affordable is what I would say and I totally feel that my money was worth spending for this college.
Campus life is great, as a hosteler you can play games and go around the campus at night and it has a very good vibe all around the campus . All the faculty members, students are very supportive.
In the end I would like to say that if you do end up coming here and you are a hardworking student then you will not regret it for sure.
Very good infrastructure with all the necessary facilities. Hostels are well equipped with wifi and good rooms well maintained with cleaned washrooms and lobby areas. It has big mess with varieties of food and hygiene is maintained.
Faculties and teaching quality is good. Curriculum is well updated according to new developments . It helps us to grow and work in practical environment. Faculties experience help us a lot to build our bases for the subjects.
Placements of chitkara University is good, there are so many companies which comes in the campus like as paytm, NTT data and Accenture etc. Core companies for engineering are in huge numbers. But if you don't want to take campus placement then you can try for off campus exams like as for tcs, cognizant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and faculties are great. Wi-Fi speed is about 100 MBPS. There's everything on the campus like a gym and swimming pool. There are many restrictions so that the student gets good placements. Many tech giants come here for placements.
The faculty members are very helpful. The teachers are very well educated and tend to approach newer ideas at times, which makes the learning process very simple, easy and understandable. Semester exams are quite easy, to be honest if you study well enough for like 1-2 hours a day.
Placements in our college are great. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Many mass recruiters also come and internship programs start in the 5th semester which is a great opportunity. We have a 100% placements record and are accredited with NAAC A+ accreditation.
There are DJ nights for hostelers to keep us entertained. The college also organises Explore, which is a university cultural event, and Rangrez, which is an Indian national theatre event.
Wi-Fi is available in every department, every classroom, including labs and canteen also the campus itself and in hostels.
Everything on the campus is great.
Infrastructure is very nice, many actors also come for shooting their songs because of enhanced and cool infrastructure. Every block has its own speciality for infrastructure. Airy and large classrooms.
I am pursuing BE cse from Chitkara University. Quality of teaching all depends on teachers. Few teachers are very good and dedicated that they do their fullest to make us understand the concept but some are not good.
I m in second year right now, so haven't experienced placement cell yet. But placement never depends on which college you are studying, if you are having skills, no company can reject you. Moreover, average placement of chitkara is 6 to 8 lakhs per annum.
BE cse has 82000 per semester fee for college. Yes, 82000 is bit costly , but yes its worthy too. Cse students takes a lot from college. Special classes are split into two halves so that students can understand clearly .
Campus life is what describes chitkara the best. Its greenery and refreshing atmosphere feels so soothing. It is having all the facilities from games, acting to painting and what not! It has built in with best facilities with full safety and good arrangements for any emergencies.
All the basic necessities are present from Wi-Fi to Projector Equipped Classrooms. All the Labs, libraries, sports centers and hostels are used and well-maintained with strict rules and regulations to be followed.
Almost each and every concept is covered in class with well made presentations approved by Head of Departments. Teachers are well educated, most of them are either pursuing or have already completed their PHD's and are always ready to help students in any way possible.
As a Tier-2 college, the placements here are pretty good. In my opinion, those students who are goal- oriented easily gets higher package then the total average package of about 7 LPA and about 80% of the students get placed in relatively good companies.
