The DIAT Pune hostel infrastructure provides comfortable living spaces to students, offering separate hostels for girls and boys. The DIAT Pune infrastructure boasts of a state-of-the-art gym facility with all the essential equipment to help the students and staff members keep a check on their health and to drive away boredom. 

The DIAT library and Information Centre offers a plethora of national, international, technical and non-technical books, e-journals, databases, CDs and abstracts for reference-related purposes to the students and faculty members. Furthermore, they get a loan service alongside document delivery and borrowing facility. 

An indoor and outdoor games facility is provided to the students. A bunch of outdoor sports facilities such as the football ground, basketball court, badminton hall and cricket ground, etc. is there for the students to enjoy extracurricular activities.

CROWN (Computing Resources over Wired Network) A data centre with 10 Gbps backbone network facility has been set up in the technical campus for providing present and future IT and computing requirements of DIAT (DU). Some of the salient features of this facility are:10 Gbps backbone connectivity; 1 Gbps connectivity to desktops; IT consolidation in Data Centre; SAN storage and Blade Servers; Network Security and Content Caching; 45 Mbps leased Line internet connectivity. Access to online library database and e-journals-local mail and web server. The network is based on the three-tier architecture with core distribution and access layer switches. All the important places like the POINTS building; Computer Engineering Department etc. have been connected by 10Gbps connectivity with redundant 1Gbps links in case of failure. Data Centre provides various facilities like centralized SAN storage, Application Servers, Web Servers and Mail Servers etc. Various Security Measures like Gateway Antivirus Software, UTM device, Fire, and Alarm and Access Control Systems have been installed for protecting the network and data centre from unauthorized access from. Campus-wide Network: The Internet is provided to all the Students, Faculty members, Officers and Scientists staying in DIAT (DU) campus.

In order to help the students and staff members stay in touch with their peers, faculty and family members, the DIAT Pune campus offers 24x7 free Wi-Fi connectivity and related broadband services.

A well-furnished guest house has been provided on-campus for visiting faculty members at DIAT, Pune. The guest house can be used for meetings, workshops and conferences.

The Institute has specific labs for subjects like Chemistry, Physics and Computers for imparting practical, goal-oriented knowledge to the student. These labs have a lot of high-quality, industry-standard equipment that helps the students to practice concepts taught in class.

The DIAT Pune campus also has a bank and ATM counter for students to withdraw money from, as and when the need arises.
