Dr KN Modi University facilities and infrastructure include 5 hostels for boys. The university has spacious and well-furnished rooms. All the hostel rooms at Dr KN Modi University are allotted on a double or triple sharing basis to students. The university campus has plenty of sports facilities and a gymnasium in the hostel. In all of the hostels, there are common rooms with recreational facilities such as televisions. All hostels are well-guarded, with guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hostels are administered by the hostel warden and CCTV surveillance. All hostels have attached messes that serve hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. All selected students who require hostel accommodations must complete and submit an application in the approved format. The registrar's office reviews the application and provides an appropriate room allotment. Hostel admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Dr KN Modi University girls’ hostel rooms are well-maintained and well-furnished.  The hostel rooms are spacious and are equipped with a gymnasium, sports equipment, common rooms, TVs, CCTV surveillance, mess facilities. Guards are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week at all hostels. Every hostel has a mess that serves hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Dr KN Modi University facilities and infrastructure includes a well-maintained auditorium. A highly comfortable fully air-conditioned auditorium has been built to ensure that all activities related to performing arts, such as seminars, lectures, concerts and symposiums are held. The auditorium includes every feature that a modern auditorium should have, including backstage facilities, a large screen, the most up-to-date audio system, and comfortable seats. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 400 people.

The university has a well-maintained cafeteria on the college campus. The cafeteria provides both vegetarian or non-vegetarian foods to the students. It also has a mess, multi-cuisine food court, and cafeteria on the university campus for students and faculty members.  All of the eating places have large dining rooms where students may sit and dine comfortably.  Because the modern generation prefers to study until late, therefore the cafeteria is open until late as well.

The Sports and Extra-Curricular Committee at Dr KN Modi University organises numerous physical education activities, games, sports activities, and other recreational activities. The university teams participate in a variety of sports competitions at institutions, like IIT Kanpur, IIT Jodhpur, IIT-Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and numerous sports events held at other technical institutes. Aside from this, the university hosts tournaments with a variety of events. During the fest, a variety of indoor and outdoor events are held. In addition, the university conducts a variety of yoga activities, which are taught by a Yoga Guru and boost the morale and intellect of the student. The university has sports equipment for outdoor games like football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, and athletics. The university also has its own sports club, which includes the following facilities: table -tennis, badminton court, indoor games, gymnasium and outdoor games.
