Course Overview
The course Emerging Leaders Programme (Blended Online Programme) is designed for candidates who are keen to become first-time managers or are going to become managers soon. This programme will make sure that the candidate caters to the rapidly changing business environment of today and develops an innovative as well as an entrepreneurial outlook to contribute towards new business ideas and uplift the organisation.
The ELP provided will be offered in a blended format such that it suits the needs of the first-time managers who are usually busy and tech-savvy. The candidates will be learning from the Emerging Leaders Programme courses designed by the experienced faculty of IIMB and this will help in laying a strong business foundation.
This is a long course of 7 months duration. The candidates who are keen to understand the key roles of management and are willing to benefit from them are welcome to join the programme and learn the way to success.

Eligibility Criteria
Work Experience
This program is designed for first-time managers with 4-7 years of post-graduation experience. Those who have a bachelor’s degree in commerce/science/engineering or arts must have at least 4 years of experience.
Education
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/arts and commerce.
Organizational sponsorship through recommended; it is not mandatory.
Certification Qualifying Details
A certification will be provided to the candidates when they finish the Emerging Leaders Programme certification course by IIMB.

Admission Details
The steps for applying to this programme are given below:
Step 1: Candidates are required to log on to http://iimberpsrv.iimb.ernet.in/prod/sfeep.home.
Step 2: A login page will be opened. Log in with your email or password/sign up to the website.
Step 3: After logging in, click the tab ‘’Long Duration Programme’’ and apply for the Emerging Leaders Course.
Step 4: You will be needed to fill out an application form asking for details about yourself like your name, academic scores, work experience, documents like resumes and other additional details.
Step 5: After submission of the registration form, pay the fees and enrol yourself into the programme.
