IIM Lucknow has developed the Business Management certification course to provide a 360-degree understanding of the current business practices. From functional management to communication and soft skills, the course covers the dynamic aspects of business comprehensively.

Moreover, the Business Management syllabus will help you gain proficiency in the various strategic business concepts, ranging from Data Analytics to Financial Management. You will also understand the relevance and importance of transformational leadership in leading a new-age team.

All the classes for the Business Management programme will be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays. Besides the theory classes, you'll also receive practical learning via simulations, case studies, on-campus interventions, projects, and assignments. Eligibility Criteria

The Business Management course has different eligibility criteria for Indian residents and international students.
Only Indian residents who are diploma holders (10+2+3) and graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognised university (DEC/UGC/ AIU/State Government/AICTE) with at least 50% passing marks can enrol. As for international students, only those with graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised institute or university in their respective country can apply.
Other than this, you must also have spoken and written proficiency in English to join the Business Management programme
Moreover, you'll need to score a COPM of more than 50% or/and have an overall attendance of at least 75%. Only then will you get the certificate of completion.
